This delightful property is set in a stunning area of Mallorca, in the great town of Alcudia with so much to explore and discover, Villa Minerva is the perfect spot to recharge and relax, with the convenience of being able to walk to most necessities.
With four spacious bedrooms, accommodating 8 adults and 1 child very comfortably, the property is the perfect location for absolute rest and relaxation, conveniently close to bars, cafes and fabulous restaurants for a wonderful night out.
Villa Minerva has four bedrooms, all spacious and with décor creating a relaxing haven. Each has comfortable beds and quality linens, and is airy and bright. The natural stones and timbers used beautifully throughout this villa create a comfortable “at home” vibe. Two of the lovely bedrooms are double bedrooms both with air-conditioning, and two are twin bedded rooms. There is also the option of a single roll away bed, perfect for a child. There are two bathrooms servicing the bedrooms with bathtubs and showers. Each bathroom is unique with bursts of colour featured prominently. Ample towels and hairdryers are provided for guests comfort.
Villa Minerva is set on a 754mt plot with ample space for guests to enjoy the outdoors.
Guests can enjoy the sparkling kidney shaped swimming pool, relax with a great book on the sun loungers, while soaking up the Mallorcan sun or enjoy a meal at the al fresco dining table with a sun umbrella, situated in close proximity to the living areas. There is somewhere for everyone to find a comfy spot and relax in this lovely villa.
This attractive villa is delightful with its cheerful bright yellow wall and shutters welcoming guests on arrival and cosy comfortable interiors, it’s a pleasure to stay and relax in.
The open living areas are bright and airy with large windows and doors opening to the terrace, timber beamed ceilings, stone or timber flooring throughout the property. A comfortable lounge area with pretty, soft sofas is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the dvd and satellite TV and is a lovely spot to relax with family and friends.
The dining area is lovely with a large timber table and chairs and traditional Spanish style furniture. The dining area is adjacent to the fully equipped timber kitchen with granite benches and everything one could possibly need to serve up delicious meals. There is all major appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine, toaster, microwave and kettle complete with all utensils, pots and pans one could need.
Guests have outdoor parking space provided, and those guests bringing an electric car have the option of charging at the villa for a fee. Villa Minerva has check in available from 5pm to 3am, and checkout at 10am. Travel details and time of arrival should be provided one week prior to check in. Guests checking after the office is closed will be able to access a key in a safety box. The villa is disinfected and cleaned before each check in, there is cleaning service mid stay and on departure final cleaning is included.
Baby high chair and crib are available for our guests. Laundry service, ironing and extra cleaning is available, please enquire for costs upon booking.
This lovely seaside town has pristine white sands, crystal waters and assorted activities such as kayaking, boat trips and pedallos. The lively boardwalk offers a large array of restaurants shops and cafes and is a wonderful place to watching the passing parade of both tourists and locals alike. There is an abundance of seafood restaurants for fabulous meals of the locally caught “fruits of the sea”.
Guests will find exploring the old town fascinating also. The 14th century walls are almost complete, and are a wonderful walk, including the remains of a Roman village just outside the walls. The town of Alcudia has a history traceable to the bronze age, there is absolutely a wealth of sites and artifacts here to discover.
The old town also hosts a colourful market twice weekly with local fresh produce, artisans with their fabulous wares and much to keep everyone happy. The colourful market is held on Sunday and Tuesday throughout the year. Guests will find wonderful produce to take back to their vacation home, or a multitude of restaurants, cafes and bars to enjoy.
