Situated close to Bellevue; the centre of Alcudia, Villa Tienda is, therefore, near various cafés, restaurants, shops and entertainment areas that are found in Alcudia.
The beautiful Alcudia sandy beach is also at its doorstep. There is a lot of outdoors activities for both kids and adults within the villa too. Hence, making it a nice holiday home for the entire family.
The four-bedroom villa with an ample parking area can comfortably host eight guests.
Villa Tienda has 4 bedrooms that include; a single, a spacious double bedroom, and 2 twin bedrooms with a view of a terrace and the swimming pool. All the rooms share two separate bathrooms with showers. They also have air conditioning facilities and ample storage areas for your comfort.
Villa Tienda gate is perfectly located along a street with plenty of parking for your cars. Just by the entrance is a swimming pool that is surrounded by several sunbed loungers, where you and your whole family can spend your day as you enjoy your vacation. At the backside of the villa, there’s a bench with comfy cushions, an ideal space for reading a novel. Other outdoor amenities within this villa are a covered outdoor dining area where you can have an alfresco dinner and a BBQ area.
Chart with your family or watch TV as you relax on a comfortable sofa in a lounge that is adjacent to the dining area. An ornamental brick fireplace in the living area makes the room warmer, even warmer on a chilly night. The dining room has patio doors that you can use to access the covered terrace and the swimming pool. A fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances is also available for you to have homemade meals.

Take a romantic walk along the beautiful beach of Alcudia which is located a few meters away from the Villa. Enjoy a seafood lunch in one of the many eateries along the beach, and shop at the same place before returning to the villa.
On the next day, walk or cycle to the old town of Alcudia. Climb the stairs to the top of an old wall and have an impressive view of the whole town together with the surrounding mountains.
In case you want to shop for fresh groceries, make sure to go on Sundays or Tuesdays when the local market is operating. The town also has great restaurants where you can enjoy a family lunch.
Water park and golf activities are also nearby the villa.
