Beach Villa Can Bauza

The bedrooms at Villa Can Bauza are spread over the 2 storeys - one at the ground floor and the remaining 3 on the upper level. There is a good mix of modern layout with traditional wood elements, evident in the headrest, side desks and wardrobes. The room on the ground floor is a double bed with its own family shower room. Upstairs, another double room and 2 twin rooms await guests; spacious in their own right, they come equipped with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors which open up to their respective lovely private terraces overlooking wonderful views of the poolside and also of the local pine trees - a sight for sore eyes! The double bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, while the twins share a family bathroom with a bathtub to boot - decked in off-white tiles for the wall and motif-designed ones for the floor that immediately imbue a sense of modernity all over.

Extensively paved terraces both on the ground floor and first floor define part of the outdoor space of Villa Can Bauza. Perfect for alfresco dining and wining, guests can enjoy sitting around to their heart’s content on the dining tables, chairs and furniture provided. An elongated private pool extends out on the grassy lawn of the ground floor, where a row of sunbeds sit prettily at the disposal of guests. A brick-built barbeque is also available for guests to make the most out of their vacation time with parties and lovely barbeque dinners.

Welcoming and homey are some of the adjectives that can be used to describe the indoors of this villa. It has great length from the front to the back of the property, housing different sections of the home along the way. First up is the living hall with wonderful and comfortable sofas to laze around all day, or where guests can plonk themselves down to watch the television. Just immediately next to this is the dining area featuring a solid set of dining furniture with wooden chairs and table for 8 pax. Head further in and guests will come across wooden framed borders that designate one section from the other, such as the contemporary looking kitchen space in pastel beige as its color of choice. It is fully-equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and washing machine - among others. Also in this kitchen space is a smaller and additional dining table with chairs that guests could also choose to have their smaller meals on.

Parking is available free of charge here at the villa’s garage, and so is the free Internet access for guests. Mid-stay cleanings are included, besides the standard operating procedure of sanitization and disinfection for the safety and well-being of all guests staying at the villa during these times. If you do require baby high chairs, cot or crib, fret not as it is provided by the villa. The access to free air-conditioning runs from 2pm to 4pm and 8pm to 8am daily.
