The singly-storey villa is absolutely remarkable with a private pool and combined with the use of Mallorcan stone, stucco walls, and shingled roofs, it gives you the ultimate Spanish vibe. A gorgeous kitchen, indoor/outdoor dining, and a lavish living area are some of the many features at the villa.
Villa Margot is home to three well-furnished and air-conditioned bedrooms. The villa is a one-story property so every room is on the same floor and you can easily reach the pool when you need to. Two of the bedrooms enjoy ensuites and the third bedroom shares the family bathroom with a shower area. The interiors are well-lit and breezy so you’ll feel instantly relaxed.
Villa Margot is ensconced within 1200sqm of a luscious private area that features plants, shrubs, and trees that are local to the region. You can splash around in the 6-metre private swimming pool or lounge on the daybeds on the pool deck. Relax with the warm sun on your back and or chill in the sitting area with a drink. There is an alfresco dining area poolside with a BBQ right next to it. Grill your favourite food and relish a hearty feast.
Complete with a low-ceiling and iconic wooden beams, the living area at Villa Margot is a relaxing and inviting space. You can retreat to the indoors once it gets a little crisp outdoors. There is a fireplace and a bright red sofa set in the living room for your utmost comfort. Enjoy watching some TV on the flat-screen as you spend time with loved ones. The room is decked out with contemporary pieces to add a blend of modern and traditional.
There is another dining area indoors if you want to enjoy your meals in the comfort of the living room. Glass doors occupy the entire wall opposite the dining table so you can enjoy a view of the pool area while you relish your meal. A modern kitchen that is fully-equipped with everything you need is accessible to you.
The villa has ensured the highest safety standards for your ease and comfort. It is disinfected and cleaned so that you have nothing to worry about. The town of Pollensa is also right at your doorstep so you can explore the old-world charm of its streets, churches, and sights.
