This large 5 bedroom villa is located just 400 metres from the beach in Puerto Pollensa and it is the ideal choice for families. The villa features a big private garden with a pool and multiple options for lounging and dining inside the villa and outdoors. Topped off with modern amenities, you’ll feel straight at home at this holiday retreat on one of Spain’s most beloved islands.
Out of the 5 bedrooms at Villa Can Fiol, 4 are fitted with twin beds and 1 with a double bed. The rooms are equipped with AC on a timer. AC is available throughout the night and during the hottest part of the day. 2 of the rooms have a private en-suite bathroom. The other rooms share a bathroom with a bath/shower combination. There is 1 bathroom on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor.
The villa features a fabulous curvy swimming pool encompassed by a stone terrace with lots of sun loungers. A huge white parasol provides shade for those who like to take a daytime snooze out of the sun. Villa Can Fiol also boasts an outdoor patio for dinner parties. There is a 4-seater dining table and a brick BBQ. At the other side of the house, there is another place to gather for breakfast or another meal. This breakfast table is situated on a shady terrace close to the kitchen. There is a window connecting the terrace to the kitchen making it easy to set the breakfast table.
The living areas feature beautiful marble floors, pastel yellow walls, white ceilings and wooden furniture as well as soft, comfy sofas. There are multiple places to sit together. You can lounge by the fireplace, reading a book or watching a movie with popcorn and drinks. Yet, there is a second spacious lounge room with 3 sofas and another big flat-screen television. Outdoors, there are plenty of dining spots but the villa also features a dining room with a long table in the kitchen perfect for having breakfast and checking up on the latest news. The kitchen is hypermodern with a sleek layout and it is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and double sink.
Upon arrival at the villa, you will be welcomed warmly. For the rest of your stay, you get to have a whole lot of privacy. Villa Can Fiol offers free wifi and free AC on a timer. Linen and towels are changed once a week.
Villa Can Fiol is located in the Llenaire area of Puerto Pollensa in northern Mallorca. The nearest beach is just 400 metres away and within a short walking distance from the villa, there are plenty of nice restaurants to try out. Holidaymakers love Puerto Pollensa’s promenade and the chic marina. There are plenty of gorgeous bays and beaches with golden sands and the town features stunning medieval buildings. The international airport in Palma de Mallorca is +-63 km away from Villa Can Fiol.
