Therefore, expect to enjoy breathtaking seafront and mountain views right from this rental home. The property is on the third floor and can only be accessed through the staircase. It’s also nearby many facilities, hence guests don’t have to rely on a car to access various amenities.
Voramar 31 can comfortably accommodate 5 people in its 3 neat bedrooms. Two bedroom have a double bed each, while the another bedroom is equipped with a single bed. All the three bedrooms have air conditioning to ensure guests enjoy their night comfortably. There is one bathroom and a shower room within the house to be shared by all the guests.
Apartment Voramar 31 has a big balcony just in front of the lounge with stylish and comfortable outdoor furniture. A huge table and seats to accommodate all the guests in the house. From this balcony you will have a stunning view of the seafront and the mountains as you chat with your loved ones. On the upper floor there is also a community rooftop terrace with an inbuilt bbq area where you can also spend time together as you bite your favorite BBQ meal.
Voramar31 offers a bright lounge with magnificent beach views to its guests. If you want to be indoors, you can watch your movies on a satellite tv that is provided or else turn on your WiFi and have more fun . However, right from the lounge, you can directly access the seafront Terrace for fresh air and breathtaking views. You can also prepare a homemade meal in a separate kitchen that is equipped with an oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and a cooker. Next to the kitchen is a laundry area with a washing machine for cleaning purposes.
At Apartment Voramar 31, we provide you with Towels, bed linen, toiletries, ironing facilities and hair dryers among other items. The property also has a free wireless internet that can be accessed by all the guests in all the rooms. Other services such as ironing and extra cleanings can also be offered at a little more cost. And, incase of any issue during your stay period, our staff are on standby to assist you.
Since many amenities are at the doorstep, guests need no car to get access to them. The nearest beach is only 50m away from the apartment, therefore people can take a stroll along the beach and enjoy different beach activities such as water parks as they explore different beach restaurant cuisines.
