The beds are wide and elegant, with vintage style hardwood headboards.

Though Alvaro Olivia House is located just minutes from the beach, you may also want to enjoy the sunshine in the privacy of your own home, away from other people. For these occasions you’ll love the terrace, with both sun and shaded spots. Out here you’ll find an outdoor living room with sofas, armchairs and a coffee table. This is the perfect place to drink a morning cup of tea or sip a glass of local wine upon returning from a day out. There’s also an al fresco dining table and a BBQ so you can both prepare and eat dinner while still enjoying the lovely sun and sea breeze.

The interiors at Alvaro Oliver House seamlessly combine vintage and contemporary design, so you’ll feel like you are living an authentic Balearic lifestyle while still being able to make yourself at home in a familiar and comfortable environment. Once you enter the house you’ll be greeted by the gentle rush of air-conditioning to provide respite from the heat of the Mallorcan summer. You’ll find yourself in the living room, which features a comfortable seating area with a sofa and two rocking chairs. These can be arranged for socialisation or facing the wall-mounter TV. There are also beautiful pastel blue floor tiles, which perfectly compliment the sky blue notes in the rest of the furnishings and nautical themed wall hangings. If you choose not to eat at one of the excellent local restaurants, you can cook your own meals in your fully-equipped kitchen, and eat around the large dining table located adjacent to the living area.
