The villa is a stunning modern construction, majestically placed to enjoy the most heavenly of views set in hectares of property. This is truly a piece of very private paradise for guests to enjoy in complete seclusion. The villa incorporates a modern kitchen and four bedrooms and bathrooms, spacious living and dining areas, a fitness room, two huge swimming pools into the main house, with two independent one bedroom guest houses 300m down the stairs and through the garden.These two pavilions both offer a spacious bedroom and bathroom, both have covered terraces and there is an outdoor living space shared between the two structures.This is perfect for guests wanting to holiday together but with a private space to retreat too. The main villa has four attractive and very spacious bedrooms. The bedrooms are air conditioned and fan cooled for guests comfort , with large windows and terraces,three overlooking the ocean, and the fourth with views over the Saline ond and lush hills beyond. Each is beautifully decorated with care, and delightful touches of tropical colour. White timber lined ceilings, fresh white bedding and hardwood floors are the epitome of Caribbean chic. The bedrooms are fully equipped with very high quality bedding and mattresses., and ample storage. Each room has WIFI, HDTV, dish network, safes and stunning ensuites. The bathrooms are a masterpiece, finished in natural stone, chic and hi end, each are complete with thick towels, quality toiletries,and hairdryers.
The further two bedrooms in the guest houses are equally as well equipped, one with an ensuite, the other with a bathroom adjacent to the bedroom. Covered terraces offer beautiful garden views.
One of the highlights of this wonderful villa is the many areas to relax outdoors enjoying views out across the the unforgettable ocean and verdant countryside. Everyone will love the two swimming pools, with space to swim laps, kick back and relax in the sun on one of the many comfortable sunbeds, simply curl up with a good book, or enjoy a lovely afternoon nap. There is also a gorgeous covered lounge area, for those wanting a cooler spot to chill out, and many wonderful private spots to relax and unwind. Long leisurely days enjoying the outdoors and fabulous alfresco meals are a must, making the most of this spectacular villa with family and friends. A sonos sound system with speakers around the property ensures wonderful music wafting across the hillside.
Onsite parking is perfect for guests' convenience, and the property is fully enclosed and gated.

This spectacular villa is a 5 minute walk across the property to the pristine Saline beach, a vision with the whitest of super soft sand and aqua coloured waves breaking on the shore. Guests will enjoy discovering the long stretches of mostly uninhabited beaches in this beautiful area. Those managing to tear themselves away from this gorgeous property will enjoy exploring this lovely island.The beach of Anse Du Gouverneur is a 5 minute drive, and it's a short few minutes into town for shopping and a plethora of delightful restaurants and cafes, and shops are a mere ten minute drive to stock up on supplies.
