Villa Eden View

Villa Eden View is a small property with just 2 bedrooms, perfect for a small group of intimate friends, two couples, or a family with your children. The bedrooms are located on each side of the living room and offer direct access to the terrace through floor-to-ceiling glass doors. The designers were generous in their use of glass, so you can see the ocean from almost anywhere. They both have four-poster king beds, large-screened televisions, sound systems, programmable safes, and walk-in wardrobes with plenty of storage and hanging space. The modern ensuite bathrooms have shower cubicles.

The house location, on the top of St-Jean hillside, offers a breathtaking view of Eden Rock, the ocean, and the turquoise waters of St-Jean Bay. You can easily spend an entire day watching the stunning views. It changes every hour, thanks to the shifting sun and the play of the clouds on the neighboring hills and the turquoise ocean. You will see many yachts and boats parked on the water or zooming off in different directions. See the flights taking off and landing on the runway, which is immediately opposite the villa. The terrace is the best place in the house for these views. It stretches throughout the front with the infinity pool at the very edge of the cliff. Swimming up to the edge makes you feel like floating on air. The poolside has both sunny and shaded areas for lounging and relaxing. The alfresco dining area is in a shaded portion, protected from the occasional rain. The pool terrace also has a gas barbecue.

It is a brand new property and in perfect condition. The entire front wall of Villa Eden View opens to the large open-plan living and dining space. The living room is cozy. You can spend your evening watching a movie with your group on a deep-cushioned sofa. The spacious indoor living area can be closed off and air-conditioned. There is a small library too with a variety of books on many subjects. The formal dining space seats 6 guests, so you can invite your guests too if they are also visiting the island. The kitchen has many modern appliances, and even a wine storage unit and ice machine.

You will find everything you need at Villa Eden View for a luxury island vacation. There is a hairdryer, a washing machine, iron, ironing board, BBQ equipment, cutlery and utensils in the kitchen, and Wi-Fi internet throughout the house. A housekeeping team will come daily, for six days a week, and keep the property sparkling clean. The cost of electricity is included with your stay.
