The bathrooms are gorgeous, some with ocean views and finished in glamorous style, very chic and complete with thick towels, quality toiletries, robes, slippers and hairdryers.

Indoor/outdoor living is perfectly catered for in this magnificent villa. The walls of glass slide seamlessly away to open the living areas to the large covered terrace which boasts many lovely sun beds. lounges and chairs to enjoy both sunbathing or enjoying the vistas whilst shaded from the hot sun.This fabulous entertaining area has a wet bar, BBQ and custom designed glass table with seating for 12 overlooking the amazing swimming pool and ocean beyond. Everyone will love the huge 33mt heated swimming pool, with space to swim laps, float around in the sun or enjoy pool games with the family. For fun in the evenings there is a 95in outdoor projector screen. For those wishing some quiet time, sun beds are also provided on the bedroom terraces, perfect for quiet reading or a lovely nap. Long leisurely days enjoying the outdoors and fabulous alfresco meals are a must, making magical memories with family and friends. The ten seater jacuzzi is sure to be a popular sunset spot…enjoying a crisp clean white wine whilst bubbling away watching the sun slip over the horizon is a heavenly experience!

Upon entering the living areas of this glorious villa, an instant feel of revelation and harmony washes over you. The lounge areas are stunning…a predominantly neutral theme is featured throughout with dark timber highlights. Huge comfortable sofas and chaise lounge ensure ultimate comfort and enjoying those stunning views is a feast for the senses. This room is fully air conditioned or completely openable with sliding pocket doors opening the walls of glass completely. Wifi is provided throughout the property.
The dining space is lovely, positioned under the open space surrounded by the mezzanine level. This airy and spacious area has a wonderful chandelier suspended high above the living room and the large dining table with seating for eight at a modern timber dining table and comfortable dining chairs, again with fabulous views and sliding doors leading out to the furnished terrace.
The gourmet professional kitchen, is modern, clean lined and
very well equipped with all one could need to keep everyone happy. A breakfast bar with seating separates the space from the living areas. Equipped with Gaggenau appliances including electric oven, gas hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and freezer, espresso machine, wine chiller and ice maker, toaster, and utensils are all provided, basically all guests could possibly need to prepare lovely meals.There is also a professional kitchen on the ground floor with separate access for caterers if needed.
All guests will enjoy the lower level of the main house. A large TV room with oh so comfortable oversized seating and huge screen, wifi, canal sat and dish network will be the place for fun nights with friends and family.
A fully equipped fitness room is next to the TV, with a full bathroom is perfect for those wishing to keep up their exercise regimes. A hammam is also a delightful feature of the home, and the piece de resistance is the disco room, with a bar, pool table and sound system inc built in subwoofers for hours of fun!Some of the guests will be happy to know that this room is soundproof.
An office is provided on the first floor overlooking the courtyard. The space has desk facilities including Lan ports. There is also a 42” flat screen TV in this room….perhaps a quiet retreat to hide and watch a favourite program. An elevator is integrated into this fabulous property for complete convenience.

Full wifi integration is throughout the home,with an ipad in each room to individually control lighting, sound systems and televisions, Preloaded music servers including Apple airplay and google chromecast allows our guests to play music directly from their phones anywhere in the property.
