With three large bedrooms, each designed in a vibrant style and flooded with natural light through large windows, Villa Rel is the perfect villa for a family or group of friends. The master bedroom centres around a luxurious king-sized bed, which looks out on a furnished sea view terrace through sliding glass doors. Bedroom one also has a generous ensuite bathroom, fitted with the full complement of modern fixtures. Of the other two bedrooms, one is a second double room, also with a king-sized bed, while the third is a twin room with two single beds (which can also be converted to a king-size). The second and third bedrooms share a family bathroom, and both also have access to the terrace.

Your private terrace at Villa Rel has a sense of both openness to the natural beauty of Saint Barth due to its sweeping open views, as well as seclusion as the deck is nestled among tropical plants, trees and bushes. Enjoy a morning under the sun with a cup of tea or fresh fruit juice as you recline on a sun lounger and work on your golden tan. Find some respite from the afternoon heat within the cool waters of the infinity pool, which seems to stretch all the way out to the turquoise waves below. As the day draws to a close, there’s no need to head inside if you would rather watch the sunset. Instead, head over to the barbecue area to cook up a delightful grilled feast to be served around the al fresco dining table.

Bright, cosy and unique: the interiors at Villa Rel encapsulate both the traditional airy style of Caribbean design as well as its propensity towards innovation and playfulness. The main room is open-plan, featuring a generous living area, a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen, all under the refreshing air of the air-conditioning. The living room consists of stylish wicker sofas with mint cushions perfectly matching the tropical wall decor and sea views outside, as well as a HDTV with satellite channels. In a semi-open nook at the back of the room, you’ll find all of the modern appliances that you’ll need to dazzle your fellow travellers with home-cooked Caribbean cuisine, including a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and more. If you choose not to eat outside, you can enjoy a family meal around the unique picnic-style dining table, which adds a sense of joviality to the interior design.
