Casa Sand

Between the two houses, Villa Sand has three bedrooms, with ensuite bathrooms attached to all of them. The coastal theme continues into these rooms, sprinkled with a touch of mid-century modern in the ensuites’ fixtures, such as sinks and cabinets, and the earthy colours on the tiles. Two of the three rooms are situated in the main house, while one is placed in its own pavilion. The entry to that bedroom is right below the roofed deck area. All of the bedrooms are fitted with a ceiling fan and an AC.

The two houses are tied together by a swimming pool between them. With a length of 7 metres and a width of 4 metres, it is heated and its water is chlorine-free.The raised pavilion contains a roofed deck, housing a plush couch. The pool deck is the place of a number of sun chairs. This is the ideal spot to view the azure waters of the Caribbean Sea. The terrace extends past the great room, towards the two bedrooms next to it. The alfresco dining table is positioned to maximise the sea view.

In the main house, the kitchen, living, and dining rooms are joined together in a large open area (the Great Room). A set of plush couches, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV (with satellite channels added) make up the living area. A couple of working desks are present in this area, available for use. The white-themed kitchen is compact, but is adequately equipped with a range of appliances, from an oven, a microwave, gas cooktops (with an extractor fan), a french-door refrigerator, a coffee machine, to even an ice machine.

The property is fitted with an electric gate, for extra security. The property is fitted with wifi. The villa is equipped with a generator, as a backup energy source during a power outage. Guests will receive a welcome basket upon arrival to Villa Casa Sand. A gardener will take care of the trees, plants, and hedges around the property. Concierge services will be available to assist guests with logistical enquiries. Should anything need repairing at the villa, a maintenance person will be called to fix it. Sheets, towels, and beach towels are included in the rental and will be regularly replaced by the staff.
