The penthouse is a world of luxury. It is spacious and packed with modern amenities. You will have stunning views of the ocean and the Simpson Bay Lagoon. The penthouse has three bedrooms for six guests. They are all air-conditioned and have large king beds. Two of them are ensuite while guests staying in the third can access a common bathroom with the living/dining area. What is most startling about these bedrooms are their airiness and the large space they provide, so you can easily spread out. Large windows bring in the sea breeze and natural light. The high ceiling provides ample space for the breeze to flow through the room, providing natural ventilation.
The bedrooms also have wall-mounted large-screen televisions, DVDs, and private seating areas. Two bathrooms have bathtubs. The third has a shower. Towels and toiletries are provided.
The outdoor area of La Perla Sky is clearly a highlight of this rental property. It is located on the 8th floor, which ensures you will get gorgeous views all around. The roof terrace has an inviting plunge pool, which is surrounded by poolside loungers. There is also a sofa area and a pergola that provides shade. Pick your spot depending on your mood. Swim whenever you want and relax afterward with a drink in your hand. Sunbathe or head for the shade.
A shaded balcony with several seating areas also runs through the front side, providing gorgeous views. You will remember the sunset views from the balcony or the terrace for a long time. It looks dramatic with Saba Island in the distance.
The interior features a spacious open-plan living/dining room. The living area is superbly furnished with a luxury sofa and recliner. Two walls of this room are made entirely of glass, so you can always get awesome views. The balcony is just outside. There are seating areas on the balcony as well for you to appreciate the natural splendors of St Martin.
There is a cozy media room too with a TV and a deep-cushioned sofa. The dining area seats everyone in the family. La Perla Sky has a modern kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, blender, dishwasher, and breakfast bar.
The penthouse has a homely ambiance but still provides everything for a luxury stay. You will receive a welcome basket on arrival. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, and iron. Beach towels are provided. You will also be able to access the facilities in the residential community, including the gym, tennis courts, casino, shops, and restaurants. There is also a supermarket. Porto Cupecoy’s on-site utilities also include a back-up generator and 24hr security services.
