Nestled in Terres Basses, one of St. Martin’s most picturesque areas, Villa Le Château des Palmiers certainly lives up to its name and provides a wide range of palatial amenities.
Because this massive beachfront abode can easily accommodate larger groups of twenty guests, making this the ideal retreat for events such as destination weddings as well as wellness or work retreats or extended holidays with friends and family.

Because the Villa Le Château des Palmiers comprises of separate villas on the same estate, you’ll find five bedrooms in the property overlooking the beach, and the remaining five in the garden villa.
Overlooking both the ocean and the swimming pool, the master suite spans over two whole floors and boasts a jacuzzi in its en-suite bathroom. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned to shelter you from the notorious Caribbean heat and most of them come with king-sized bed.
A few of the bedrooms offer twin beds to comfortably accommodate any children or teenager traveling with you.
A literal tropical haven beckons outside where everything has been decked to help you enjoy the glorious Caribbean weather to the fullest.
As such, guests will find a massive swimming pool where they can work on their laps or simply lounge on a floater while soaking up the sun. Rest assured that plenty of Al Fresco dining areas are available for guests who would like to dine under the stars while taking in the gorgeous views.
A hot tub is also available for soothing your muscles.
Despite the undeniable luxury that permeates the place, guests can expect all the comforts of home throughout the villa.
For instance, if you don’t want to go out to eat, you can always use the fully-equipped kitchen to prepare a meal. A sprawling living room is available for catching up with loved ones.
With an electric gate, Villa Le Château des Palmiers features an on-site tennis court and putting green. Fitness aficionados will additionally be glad to learn that the villa has its own on-site gym for putting in as many or as little hours as you’d like.
Because the property manager lives on the estate, he will be on call to help you with just about anything you may need. Upon arrival, guests of the villa will be treated to a Welcome Basket full of scrumptious goodies.
