Villa Monchal

This villa in St Martin has 3 bedrooms that can sleep 5 guests. Two of them are master suites, both with large king beds. The villa owner has planned them carefully to ensure that the décor and ambiance help the guests relax and unwind. Large windows provide views of the coconut grove and the other tall trees surrounding this property. Cushions match the greenery, providing a nice theme. The paintings portray life in the Caribbean.

They are both ensuite and air-conditioned. They have bedside tables with lamps, rugs, and dressing areas. The third bedroom is also air-conditioned but it has a single bed, making it a good choice for a traveling nanny for a family with a child. The guest staying in the single bedroom has access to a common bathroom.

This private estate is spread over a large area. Most of it is the coconut grove. Jungle pathways meander through the greenery. Go on an early morning walk and listen to the call of the birds that nest in the trees. Listen to them chirp the day away at dusk and try to understand what they are discussing. And during the day, you can simply relax by the poolside.

There is so much to do on the large terrace. You can swim in the inviting 4m x 8m private swimming pool, enjoy a hydro massage in the hot tub or cook a grilled meal on the barbecue. You will find many loungers all over the sunny terrace, so you can easily spend an entire day just relaxing and cherishing the gorgeous sunny weather.

The interior features a cozy and inviting living area with cane sofas – a nice eco-friendly touch added by the villa owner. You can watch television in the evening if you don’t want to be at the beach. Just outside this room, you will find a lounging and dining area, both under shade. The Caribbean sees a lot of rain. This is the perfect place to witness rain in a coconut grove and listen to the sound of the water hitting the trees and leaves. It can be very romantic.

The living room leads to the modern kitchen that has many appliances for your cooking. Pots and pans are also provided.

The laundry room has a dryer, washer, and iron. Sheets, pool and beach towels are provided. Villa Monchal is a self-service property but a gardener and maintenance person will come every day to thoroughly clean the house and the premises. The property manager stays on site to look after your comfort and every requirement. You can also approach our concierge team to book any on-demand service like a babysitter, masseur, or chef.
