Villa Can Frare

The villa has six bedrooms. The first is “The Tower”, the Master suite with en suite office, outside terrace, bedroom and luxury bathroom. This is the top floor of the tower, with a commanding view over the whole property and the bay of San Antonio. The second is “The Studio”, the second master suite with en suite living room, terrace, master bedroom and en suite bathroom. The third is “Conejera” which is named after Conejera Island just offshore from San Antonio. This is a double room with an en-suite. The fourth is “The Bay”, A bedroom with bathroom en suite, at the bottom of the Tower. This also used to be a stable. The 5th bedroom is “Las Tias” – This is the oldest part of the house, from which all the other parts were eventually added it is a double room, which shares the bathroom with one additional bedroom. The last bedroom is called the “Sanctuary Room” – A double bedroom with a great view. “Las Tias” and the lovingly restored “Sanctuary Room” share a bathroom.

The Exterior of Can Frare has extensive, private, terraced landscaped gardens and multiple communal entertaining areas. Can Frare is at the top of a hill, so it is not overlooked by anyone and is exceptionally private. Can Frare has a private (14m x 6m) Infinity Pool, overlooking the farmland and Bay of San Antonio. Adjacent to the Infinity Pool, is a large traditional covered entertainment area, with a table for 20 and a fully equipped luxury kitchen. There is also a secondary dining space, also for 20, adjacent to the main kitchen. The villa has a gated entrance, an alarm system, and ample parking for up to fifteen cars.

The house was designed over generations to allow a feeling of intimacy, practicality and luxury in this hot climate, with high wooden beamed ceilings and thick ancient stone whitewashed walls. The house was built organically as three wings around a large central living room – which means that all the bedrooms have maximum privacy and peace. The living room is 6 metres long, with a 5 metres high beamed ceiling, it is an exquisite room, with an ancient door 4 metres high and plenty of character. You can look down and have a scenic view of the estate and the Bay of San Antonio. The villa has a Sonos sound system, satellite TV, and two kitchens.

The villa provides daily house cleaning. The villa offers safety and comfort to future guests by always including final cleaning with full disinfection.
