One of the most unique hideaways in Ibiza awaiting guests is none other than the stately Villa Unicorn, which combines a blend of rural, old architecture with contemporary and sleek design for an unforgettable vacation home. Its most defining feature lies in its historical architecture, that is being built upon an ancient defense tower that dates back to the 16th or 17th century, reminiscent of a traditional castle. Throughout the property, luxury and elegance beckon with such grandeur that is fitting for even royalties. This villa houses 4 bedrooms for 8 guests today and the cool interiors throughout are indeed a blessing, courtesy of white and thick walls as well as high-wooden ceilings that are already embedded as part of the residence. Villa Unicorn has 3 storeys and an abundance of great indoor and outdoor spaces fitted with facilities to recharge and savor one’s holiday in style.
The 4 bedrooms at the villa are spread across the ground and first floor. On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms, one which is configured with double bedding and the other with 2 single beddings. The bathrooms are also equipped with a walk-in shower for one and the other with a bathtub, depending on the kind of pampering that guests opt for. Upstairs on the first floor is where the other 2 rooms are found, each of which is fitted with 2 single beddings. Guests have the choice of combining these beds into double beds especially for couples who definitely prefer so.
The external grounds feature a swimming pool measuring 10m X 5m, while surrounded by 8 sun loungers and 2 parasols that make for great napping and resting spots! It is also here in the outdoors that guests can truly admire the construction efforts that went into the former defence tower, and also the majestic views of its surroundings on the multiple seating areas. There is a large patio and garden, covered terrace and more dining and sitting area that offers the different choices for different occasions - be it for alfresco dining, casual drinks, or simply entertaining and hosting. There is also a barbeque facility to take advantage of - and why not in such superb settings within the glorious perimeters of this villa that truly embodies luxury and more.
Inside the dwelling is where guests can truly feel like living to the hilt amidst the rich wealth of furnishings and furniture, starting with the lounge area featuring large and L-shaped sofas for guests to snuggle and laze by the satellite television. The fireplace here adds extra oomph and zest to the atmosphere especially during the evenings as it lights up with warmth and cosiness. Head over to the fully-equipped kitchen and guests will find all amenities available for them to whip up some delicious feast, and have it spread out on the lovely dining table that can seat all 8 guests, here in the dining space that is built with large wooden doors that open out. The topmost floor of the villa is meant as a spacious terrace area from which guests could huddle together to watch sunrise or sunset while chilling with their glass of wine and snacks.
The team does their best to ensure guests’ needs and requests are fully attended to and taken care of as much as possible. From maid service and private chef for hire, to pre-stocking of fridge and babysitting services, guests can have peace of mind while holidaying here. The team also helps with arrangements of local tours or outings and airport transfers - although some services are subject to availability and additional fees.
Villa Unicorn sits outside the built-up area of Sant Antoni de Portmany, which rewards guests not just with the tranquility of this locale but also the convenience in accessing different activities to do or places to head for. This port town lives up to its expectations as a destination town and hosts shops like clothing stores and souvenir spaces, and there is also the Sunset Strip to plonk yourself in any of the bars or cafes to sip cocktails and watch the sun descend into the ocean. There is also a selection of beaches from Villa Unicorn, one of which is Cala Gracio Beach which is under a 10-minute drive to arrive at.
