Built in the 18th century, the striking and beautiful Villa La Finca De Piedra is a traditional Ibizan property located at the top of the Es Puig de la Vila hill in the town of San Jose of Spain. Today, its splendor combined with the adjoining tower has propelled the residence to be declared as a building of cultural interest, thus making it a historic and unique landmark among travellers. Thanks to its strategic hilltop location, guests at this villa are rewarded with wide and sweeping vistas of the surrounding scenery, while ensconced with vast terraces and gardens that make idyllic spots for a lovely respite. Designed with 4 bedrooms for 8 guests, the outdoor spaces are aplenty and delightful, while home interiors are artistic, tasteful and stylish, with contemporary touches that echo throughout.
Consisting of 4 bedrooms, they are made up of 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms that allow for guests to choose their preferred bedding configuration. All rooms are well-furnished with wooden elements evident in the bed frame, the ceiling beams, or furniture such as side tables or framed mirrors. The first double bedroom is also fitted with a television, and equipped with an ensuite bathroom and balcony for some outdoor views, while the second double bedroom comes configured with a queen-sized bed.
The outdoor grounds of La Finca De Piedra are defined by vast terraces and pretty gardens, with plenty of space to bask under the sun during long summers whether on a hammock, sun loungers, lawn or decked area. There is an inviting rectangular private pool measuring 12m X 5m with step access, and an open terrace with outdoor dining furniture to enjoy many memorable meals together alongside a barbeque facility to have fun with.
Step indoors and guests will be greeted by warm and homey interiors characterized with lots of soul and personality radiated by the tasteful selection of furnishings, furniture and colors. While traditional in style, it is also bursting with modernity, starting with the lounge area that is fitted with a 42-inch satellite television and a wood burning stove. There is a dining hall for 8 pax and a separate mezzanine level with additional seating for guests. Head over to the kitchen area and it is well-equipped with amenities like an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, coffee making machine and dishwasher.

The villa is located just 350m from the nearest main town of San Jose, which is buzzing with an array of places including restaurants, supermarkets, banks and petrol stations. For beach enthusiasts, they will be happy to note that there are numerous beaches on the south of the island such as Ses Salinas, Cala Jundal, Cala Conta, Cala Tarida and Cala d’Hort that are all well within a 15-minute driving distance, as with the beautiful nature reserve of Es Vedra. For some partying, the happening hub of Ibiza town is just less than 20 minutes by car!
