Located next to San Jose village, Villa Can Monte is a pretty holiday destination property that was recently renovated to fit modern homes. The 6 bedrooms property can host 12 guests or 14 on request. It features wonderful interiors and breathtaking exteriors. Therefore, rest assured that you will have a peaceful and relaxed holiday if you decide to reside in this rental home. The villa is ideal for a large family or a group of friends looking out to unwind together.
Villa Can Monte has 6 bedrooms divided between two separate floors.
The ground floor has 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a duplex room. On the top floor of the duplex is a double bedroom that you can also access directly from the top floor, and on the lower level is a room with a sofa bed for two and a bathroom. This room also has direct access to the garden.
The upper floor features another double bedroom with an adjacent shower and a master bedroom with an ensuite shower room and a Juliet balcony with a great sea view. All rooms have AC.
Villa Can Monte outdoor area has several chill-outs spaces where you can sit and enjoy the countryside and Mediterranean views. Soak in a big swimming pool to relax or lie on one of the available sunbeds around the pool to sunbathe, or relax in a beautiful garden that surrounds the villa. Enjoy star-light dinner or BBQ meals in a large covered outdoor dining area. The villa also provides private parking where you can park your hired cars safely.
Through a big covered porch with dining, living and a BBQ area, you get into the main living room entrance. The lounge has high-quality furniture, a satellite TV, a music system and a fireplace. On the same floor is a dining area where you can have a family dinner together, well, that is if you don't want to have it outdoors. A spacious well-equipped kitchen is adjacent to the dining room with a fridge, cooker, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and pots and pans. The kitchen also has direct access to the garden.
At Villa Can Monte, you will be provided with Pool towels as well as other towels, A hairdryer, bed linen and wireless internet. The villa also has all its bedrooms and living area air-conditioned to ensure you get enough rest comfortably. The villa’s staff are available to attend to you and can also offer extra services at an extra cost.
Within two and a half kilometres, you get to San Jose village. A vibrant town with several restaurants, shops and a church. Ibiza town is also within proximity and it offers more cafes, supermarkets, clubs and boutiques. The west and south beaches that you can also visit include Playa den Bossa, San Antonio, Cala Jondal and Cala Bassa.
