Can Xarraca offers a total of six bedrooms, all of which are fully air-conditioned to guarantee your comfort during those warmer Mediterranean months. The villa provides a total of seven double beds with crisp, luxurious linens so you can enjoy a good night’s sleep. With plenty of storage space for your belongings, all the bedrooms come with oversized windows so guests can enjoy ample sunshine as well as panoramic views of the vibrant green surroundings. Some of the bedrooms also have curved balconies overlooking the pine forest that surround the establishment.

To savor the full Mediterranean sunshine to the fullest, you can always carry your meals to the outdoor dining table found on the main terrace. From there, guests will be treated to unblemished views of the countryside.

Outside, guests can also make full use of the swimming pool that are flanked by day beds and lounge chairs, with large garden parasols to provide some respite from the sun. The massive estate houses lush vegetation, creating the perfect atmosphere for a romantic stroll in the moonlight. Children and adults alike will relish in the rope swing placed under the shade of an ancient tree that’s surrounded by flowering lavender plants.

With whitewashed stone walls and wooden ceiling beams, the generously-sized living room of Can Xarraca features full-sized French doors that you can leave open for an indoor-outdoor feel. With plush sofas and soothing hues, the living room also provides a stone fireplace around which the whole family can gather over snacks and drinks while exchanging stories about their adventures in Ibiza.

In the formal dining room, guests can either gather around the wooden table over family-style meals or entertain their friends. Since Can Xarraca is self-catering, you can always use the fully-equipped kitchen to whip up your meals. This space contains a wide range of utensils, crockery sets, and appliances, including a coffee maker, microwave, electric oven, stovetop, and the likes.

Guests of Can Xarraca can benefit from free WiFi all throughout the establishment. For your safety, the villa lies in an enclosed yard with intercom and an electric gates.
