Finca Utopia comfortably hosts up to eighteen guests across nine spacious bedrooms. Four suites occupy the first floor of the main Finca, all equipped with king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms featuring showers or tubs, and balconies offering diverse vistas. One of these rooms includes a living area with expansive arched windows, providing an awe-inspiring view. On the ground level of the Finca, two additional bedrooms boast private entrances, king-size beds, and ensuite bathrooms. The seventh bedroom resides within a two-floor tower, featuring a circular king-size bed, a lounge, and a private rooftop terrace. The final two suites, situated in the casita forty metres away from the main Finca, feature king-size double beds, bathrooms with both bathtubs and showers, and each offers direct access to a private garden with open-air showers.

Each suite offers a private terrace, complemented by numerous furnished sun terraces encircling the pool, granting guests a wealth of outdoor options. The expansive central pool is within the garden beckons for a refreshing dip, surrounded by multiple sun loungers perfect for soaking up the sun. Additionally, the Finca boasts a smaller pool dedicated to children along with various chill-out zones. An extensive terrace spanning approximately 110 square metres is designated for alfresco dining, while a separate children's playground area adds more fun-filled opportunities.

Additionally, lounges are available within the tower structure and within the master bedroom of the main Finca. Moreover, Finca Utopia offers a massage room on the ground floor of the main Finca, complete with private access, a shower, and a changing room.
