The master bedroom is on the second floor; from this room, you can enter the large roof terrace with beanbags, lounge chairs, and epic sea views only 20 metres from the house (this can also be accessed from stairs). The master has WIFI, AC, king-sized bed, heating and an en-suite.

The other three bedrooms are on the ground floor all stylish in decor with two king-sized beds and one with a twin. They all have WIFI, AC, heating and en-suites.

There is an exquisite swimming pool with eight lounge beds, an outdoor dining table for eight, BBQ and a relaxation area. From the gardens, you can look right out onto the sea. The beach is directly accessible through a small gate. Items worth noting: the house has neighbours in the vicinity, and you can see neighbouring homes from the rooftop patio. People sometimes stroll up and down the coast. The bustle from a nearby hotel may be audible. Not to mention, the landscaping is relatively new and, thus, still growing in. This in no way makes the villa any less desirable, as it is a unique location just a short distance away from many amenities.

The living room is open plan and elegant with comfortable sofas and a neutral aesthetic. The large windows bring in the light from the outside and showcase the remarkable Mediterranean Sea. The kitchen is next to the living room and has a fresh feeling with a breakfast bar that seats 8, stainless steel double fridge and all the necessities you may need during your holiday. There is also a little coffee table and sofa opposite the living room with views out to the pool and sea view.

The villa includes 3 x per week of 4 hours cleaning and change of towels, 1x per week change of bed linen and final cleaning is always included.
