A total of 4 splendid bedrooms for 8 guests make up the sleeping arrangements of Can Koby. The rooms are bright with sunlight flooding in through the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, while kept simple in its interior decor. The Master Bedroom is configured with king-sized bedding while the 3 other bedrooms are all fitted with double-beds. There is an ensuite bathroom for the Master Bedroom, designed with micro-cement finishing, walk-in shower, double basins and a private terrace to boot. The look and layout is kept in the raw minimalist theme and features luxurious toiletries and amenities to complement the overall design. 2 more bathrooms are shared ones and designed with near similar facilities including the walk-in showers and micro-cement finishing.
The lovely outdoor features 2 swimming pools on its cement terrace that guests can certainly look forward to. The wonderful south-facing pool takes the look of a ‘L-shape’ that makes up the combo of 2 separate pools. Both pools have different depths, with one part being the shallower section that is most certainly friendly to children and toddlers too. Under the constant warmth and caress of sunshine, guests can also choose to sunbathe on sun loungers by the terrace deck or some of other laidback furniture strewn around here. On the side of this property is also an alfresco dining space featuring a sheltered dining table with beach seating-style and BBQ equipment that is perfect for dinner parties.
Clean lines with neutral shades and tones perfectly define the villa’s interiors in all its spaciousness. A large relaxing sofa couch dominates the living hall, with a centrepiece wooden slab of table that sits in the middle. A flat-screen television mounted on the wall across provides the source of entertainment for guests, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open out to the outdoor terrace featuring the pool area. This living lounge is adjoining the dining hall area where a huge wooden table with ghost chairs comfortably seats 8 pax. On the other end is the spacious well-equipped and well-stocked kitchen that also doubles as a social breakfast bar that guests can choose to sit on by its wooden-embellished surface as a stylish dining option while cooking takes place. Some of the amenities here include a double fridge/freezer, microwave oven, induction cooker, coffee machine, dishwasher and ceiling extractor.
At Can Koby, guests will find maximum security as access into the house is via a gate with intercom, or through the electric garage door. For guests who drive, fret not as there is room for vehicle parking in the property. A washing machine is also provided for laundry needs. Complimentary WiFi is enabled through the villa, and guests can request for various services on a separate hire such as a private chef, car rental, babysitter and other housekeeping needs, through fresh towels and change of linens are provided to ensure optimum comfort and cleanliness for your entire stay.
The villa is strategically close to the Cala Llonga Beach by just 600m in distance, while the nearest restaurants and market can already be found at just half of that with 300metres away. As it is also a short driving distance to St Eularia, guests can already make this the base from which they step foot into exploring Ibiza, an idyllic island with crystal clear waters and rural landscapes, whose coastline stretches 200kilometres in length. Ibiza is famed for its fun parties and bustling entertainment with its fashionable bars and nightclubs, and other activities including street markets, open-air cultural events and concerts. It is also steeped culturally with its wealth of UNESCO heritage sites such as the Phoenician site at Sa Caleta, the necropolis at Puig des Molins and the historic old town of Eivissa, Dalt Vila.
