Newly renovated in 2019 and located in the heart of Roca Llisa development, a quiet area, just 20 minutes from central Ibiza and a 17km drive from Ibiza Airport, is the magical Villa Clara, a family vacation villa with 5 star living and 24 hour security.
Upon arrival at the villas’ private car park, guests will experience the bright sunlight and the fresh colors of this 1300sqm property which instantly ensures a relaxed vibe.
This fantastic villa consists of 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests happily, with the option of sofa bed in the living room, totalling 8 guests sleeping comfortably in Villa Clara.
There is the choice of sleeping arrangements in the bedrooms from 2 single beds or joined into 1 big double bed, making it ideal for 6 singles or 3 couples.
All bedrooms are cooled with air conditioners (including sofa bed area) complete with linens and have direct access to the beautiful lush surrounding gardens and pristine pool.
Villa Clara is complete with 3 sleek and modern bathrooms each with a piping hot shower, fluffy towels, amenities and hairdryer provided. The Master bedroom comprises the same, however guests also have the option of the bidet and bathtub for that extra soak after a long day by the pool.
This airy property is stylishly designed in Ibizan style with a view of the swimming pool.
The villa boasts outdoor living areas, barbeque fire, Balinese style hammocks and large daybeds, if not the fireplace in the living room is a splendid choice for those chilly evenings indoors.
The open plan concept in Villa Clara makes quality time with family or friends ideal. The fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, large refrigerator, halogen hob, larder, electric oven, microwave, Italian coffee maker, toaster and kitchen utensils accommodates guests perfectly.
There is the option of indoor or outdoor dining as Villa Clara entertains comfortable seating in both areas.
Wifi is available in all communal areas and the 40inch flat screen TV complete with Netflix just completes a relaxing day or night in.
For guests convenience there is house-keeping services, a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board and the villa also is equipped with a safety deposit box.
Villa Clara also has 24 hour security, private parking and plenty of off street parking to ensure its guests of ample car space.
If traveling with children, the villa can organise a crib for the little ones, stair gates to secure the stairs in the villa and a highchair.
The villa is also complete with cooking basics (oil, salt/pepper) for those who choose to dine in and cook.
Villa Clara is so centrally located that getting around and exploring the island is easy. The villa has a tour desk which makes it very easy for organizing car, motorbike, boat hire, golf course passes and excursions.
The centre of Ibiza town is only 10km away from the comfort of your private villa. Here guests can enjoy a beautiful day by strolling around the harbour and the historic quarter (Dalt Vila) or just enjoy browsing in the wide range of shops.
Another couple of kilometres away guests will reach one of the very popular hippy markets, Dalias market, where one is able to buy all sorts of souvenirs and perhaps the perfect gift for your loved ones.
Only a short 1.1 km from villa Clara guests can enjoy the pristine Sol d'en Serra Beach and the villa is also located 1.5 km from Cala Olivera Beach.
