White Villa is a contemporary luxury villa in the secured urbanization Roca Llisa. It has been recently renovated with sleek and modern furnishings. It boasts an infinity pool with ocean views, six bedrooms with en-suites, sea views and an elevator.
The master bedroom is on the second floor and spacious, with lots of glass windows bringing in lots of light and epic sea views. The room is minimally decorated with a King-sized bed, satellite TV, SONOS music system, WIFI, AC, and a large en-suite with shower and bath. There is another bedroom on this floor and is also modern, minimal, and includes a king sized bed, WIFI, AC, SONOS, TV, and an en-suite. On the ground floor are the other three bedrooms; they each have king-sized beds, WIFI, AC, SONOS, En-suites, and access to a large sun terrace with sun loungers.
White villa has a large terrace outside with a covered seating area for ten people, perfect for alfresco dining, especially with the villas big green egg BBQ. There is an infinity pool with jet stream installation and sea views overlooking Formentera, boats, and other villas. There are ten sun loungers around the pool and an outdoor shower.
White villa has been recently renovated with smooth lines and an open plan living space. The living room has comfortable sofas, a satellite TV, and a wall of glass to show off the amazing views across the Mediterranean sea. Attached to the living room is the dining room with an eight-person dining table. The kitchen is filled with the necessary appliances oven, microwave, coffee machine, and a filter for drinking water. The villa’s entrance is through a private elevator on the street side, from here you can go down one or two floors. The villa is wheelchair friendly.
The villa has three hours of cleaning 2x per week, clean bath towels, and final cleaning.
White villa is located in the upmarket area of Roca Llisa. The villa is close to the Ibiza golf course (1km), the nearest beach is Cala Olivera (2.5km), and the delightful contemporary restaurant “La’era Ibiza” is a quick drive away. Ibiza town and port are only 15 minutes (9km), and the famous beach club and restaurant “Amante” is an easy 10 minutes away. The villa has close neighbors, so silence is desired outside after 23:30.
