This property is perfect for those wishing for lovely accommodation on a budget, it offers guests high quality, comfortable finishes in a good location perfect for a relaxing vacation in Mallorca. Boasting three bedrooms the 100m2 villa has both double and single beds ensuring family or friends are comfortable.
Villa Ca Na Prima has three comfortable bedrooms, each is lovingly decorated, airconditioned and the perfect blend of charm and comfort. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, and the third, twin beds, making sleeping arrangements easy. The bedrooms feature excellent quality bedding, mattresses, and linens. Each room has wardrobes, lovely furnishings large windows and one has doors to the terrace.
The bedrooms are served by a bathroom, bright and spacious with walk in shower, storage space, and are supplied with towels and hairdryers for guests’ convenience.
With two sundrenched terraces perfect for sunbathing and alfresco meals, this property is great for family and friends. There is a BBQ and outdoor dining for lovely al fresco meals on the terrace.
Upon entering the property guests will appreciate the classic Mallorcan charm mixed with clean modern décor. There is a feel of rustic charm and “homeliness” with the terra cotta roof and flooring outside, muted ochre-toned paintwork and plantings and beamed ceilings inside the home giving a feel of old Spain.
Entering through the double timber doors, the feeling of rustic comfort is instant with beautiful wood-beamed ceilings, whitewashed timber floors and touches of traditional Spain with modern comforts. The lovely living area is a mix of whites, clean and refreshing, with comfortable sofas and satellite tv for cozy nights indoors. The dining space is adjacent to the sitting area and features a large whitewashed timber table and chairs, close to the terrace. A large window showcases the delightful terrace outside.
The modern kitchen is great; fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and coffee machine, and all equipment needed to serve delicious meals. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and double sink, close to the terrace.
The villa will be completely spotless and deep cleaned with freshly made beds on guests’ arrival and is completely cleaned on guests’ departure. Check-in is between 4pm and midnite and guests will need to please contact the villa for arrival time. Check-out is at 10 am.
The villa is located a short walk into the center of the sleepy little town of Santa Margalida, and guests can enjoy the restaurants, bars, and cafes on offer. This charming town is in the center of lush fields of beautiful produce, and the best supplier of local pork on the island, hence the food on offer here is sublime.
The town hosts a bi-weekly market and the vast array of superb produce, people come from far afield to buy.
The lovely countryside around the town is spectacular with fields upon the field of lushness.
The gorgeous coastline is 9 kms from Villa Ca Na Prima with a long stretch of stunning coastline. The beaches in the area are delightful with Can Oicafort being a quieter choice but well supplied by cafes and restaurants featuring the bounty of the ocean.
The national park, S’Albufera is well worth a visit with wonderful scenery and a lovely place for a picnic.
