Finca Can Burguet is a rustic-style country home in the north of Mallorca island, nestled within the Santa Margalida region, in a quiet area between Can Picafort and Santa Margalida. It consists of 2 lovely bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, generous living room, fully equipped kitchen, cosy dining area, beautiful terrace, a wonderful well-maintained garden and large swimming pool with plenty of sunloungers for resting.
This home is child-friendly, hence, making it ideal for small families or small groups of friends holidaying together. It can perfectly host 4 persons comfortably.
The Santa Margalida town centre is about 5km away where you can find ample restaurants, shops, supermarkets and other essential services, while the nearest beach (Son Serra de Marina) is within a 10km radius.
There are two wonderfully designed bedrooms with plenty of wood elements giving it a rustic feel. One is a double bedroom with a large comfortable bed and soft furnishings and the other a twin room with a bunk bed and a long study table. Both bedrooms have a huge window to allow sufficient sunlight to flow into the room and naturally light up the room. There are two spacious bathrooms which are nicely fitted with good quality fixtures, high end toiletries and vanities. One of the bathroom is equipped with a shower.
Head to the outdoor areas to enjoy its amazing spaces and admire the surrounding sceneries. Right outside the main entrance is a large covered terrace with a lovely seating area with garden furniture (great for chilling out or meals) and a small games area (good for entertaining the kids). The home is surrounded by a beautifully maintained Mediterranean garden filled with numerous plants and trees. Steps away is the fantastic pool built on a high plateau, to take reprise from the Mallorcan heat. By the poolside, is a shaded sitting area, perfect for quick snacks or alfresco dining as well as comfortable sun loungers to enjoy a suntan. There is also a built-in professional outdoor grill at your disposal. The large garden allows the kids to run and play around it. In the middle is a swing and a hammock for that afternoon nap.
As you step inside the home, you will be amazed by what you see. The lovely and spacious living room with soothing colours makes a great relaxing spot, with ample seating areas, that are oh so comfortable. You can opt to chill out on the super plush sofas and catch up with some news on the huge flat-screen TV with satellite channels or spend some quiet time on one of four large comfy single-seater couches, with the roaring fireplace keeping you warm. By the side of the fireplace is a beautiful wooden work desk in case there is urgent work to attend to. Meals can be easily enjoyed at the cosy dining area with its beautiful wooden dining table that seats 4. Nothing beats homecooked meals even when away from home, especially with access to a fantastic fully equipped kitchen that comes with built-in oven, induction stove and hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, microwave and more. A large glass door allows easy access to the outdoor spaces from the kitchen.
