Finca Estrella is a lovely country house in the north of the island, located in Santa Margalida, in a rural region about 7 kilometers from the sea and the beautiful beaches of Alcudia Bay. This charming 2 bedrooms home is ideal for families with children as it has a lovely swimming pool, large lawn with a swing, barbecue area, luxurious bedrooms, one bathroom , ultra-modern kitchen, huge living and dining areas, beautiful terrace with garden furniture as well as a well-pruned garden.
Boasting 2 luxurious and beautifully designed bedrooms - one a twin bedroom and the other a double bedroom fitted with all the conveniences for a good night’s sleep. It also has a nice bathroom equipped with high quality fixtures, premium toiletries, refreshing shower and vanities ensuring a comfortable bathing experience.
The outdoor areas allow plenty of activities. Right out the main door is a lovely covered terrace with a dining facility that is just perfect for that lazy brunches while watching the kids play in the calming private pool. You can also keep a closer eye on them from the comfy sun loungers by the pool. Behind the home is yet another smaller shaded terrace with lovely garden furniture alongside a built-in BBQ stove, perfect to enjoy grilled meals alfresco style. Further on there is a lawn with a swing for kids to play on. There is also a ping pong table where both adults and kids can sweat it over a game as well as bicycles that the entire family can use to explore nearby areas.
Its indoor areas are without doubt spacious with ample space for relaxation, starting from its cosy living space, best enjoyed on the plush sofa. The flat screen TV can certainly keep the kids entertained while you relax on the rocking chair and on cooler months, let the roaring fireplace keep the spaces warm. A wooden dining table is where meals are served. The ultra-modern kitchen is fully equipped with large refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, hob, microwave oven and more, allowing homecooked meals to be prepared easily.
Our friendly team will be on hand to ensure guests a wonderful time. Services provided include baby high chair, baby cot, linens, towels, open parking and final cleaning. All other services not included can be arranged albeit with an additional charge.
Surrounding the property are numerous conveniences. Within a 2km range is the Santa Margalida town centre where you can find ample shops and restaurants. The nearest bus station is a mere 1.5km while the Muro train station is 10km away. Beach enthusiasts can visit the Playa Can Picafort sand beach approximately 12km away while those into nature will enjoy the S’Albufera Natural Reserve.
