Finca Gotmar Petit is a beautiful Mallorcan home located in the Balearic Islands, Majorca somewhere between Sineu and Ariany. The accommodation is tastefully furnished and can accommodate 4 persons in its 2 wonderful bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, beautiful outdoor spaces, comfortable interior areas comprising an open fully equipped kitchen as well as spacious dining/living space. This Mallorcan home is only a few minutes’ drive from town centre. In the winter months, it can be heated with a pellet stove.
It features two fantastic bedrooms and two beautiful bathrooms with showers.Both bedrooms are double bedrooms (one being ensuite). Bedroom 1, a beautiful ensuite minimalist style bedroom with modern deco has a large comfortable bed as well as a large window allowing natural light to enter. Its ensuite bathroom has a shower, high end fixtures, high quality toiletries and vanities. While bedroom 2, a palatial bed and a shared bathroom.
Once you come outside, you can take a dip in the nice swimming pool. Get a suntan by resting on the plush sun loungers. Enjoy a lazy lunch in the semi-covered dining space while appreciating the serene environment. Have a fun time grilling meats at the built-in BBQ area and enjoy the food alfresco style. The garden is well-maintained and is surrounded by verdant fields.
Its indoor areas are simply fantastic. Enjoy some time chilling out in the lovely living space on the large comfortable sofa. There are 3 large glass panel doors (2 small ones on one side and a larger one on the other) providing easy access to the vast outdoor space. Catch up with the latest news on the flatscreen TV while the cute fireplace keeps the space warm and cosy. A wooden dining table allows comfortable enjoyment of meals. The kitchen on the other hand is equipped with all the necessary equipment from a refrigerator, cutlery, a toaster, a microwave, a coffee maker and kettle.
Our wonderful team of staff will always be more than happy to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Complimentary services include final cleaning, open parking, towels, linens, baby chair and cradle. All other services not included in your package like childcare, tour arrangements and transfers can be arranged with additional costs.
There are many things to see and do surrounding Finca Gotmar Petit. The village of Sineu is about 4km away, where you can also find a supermarket to stock up on essentials, in addition to the many restaurants, shops and transportation terminals (bus and train stations). For beach lovers, the Playa de Muro (Sandy beach) and Son Serra de Marina (Rock beach) are both within 15 km radius. So is the S’Albufera National Park while Pollensa Golf is approximately 18km away (perfect for golf enthusiast).
