This 3-bedroom family villa for rent is in beautiful Majorca, Spain’s Balearic Island on the Mediterranean. It is in a 1000 square meter private estate surrounded by lush green hills. There are many tall trees all around and a manicured lawn, which overlooks a green wooded valley.
Arrange a barbecue picnic lunch on the lawn, take a dip in the cool water of the private swimming pool, play games on the ping-pong table, and enjoy a relaxing afternoon siesta… life can be very laid-back and de-stressing in this villa. Inside the house, you will find many modern amenities, which will help you enjoy a comfortable vacation. There is a lot to see around this rental property as well, sheltered coves, beautiful beaches, and limestone hills with Moorish and Roman remains. Finca Palvin is built over a single level, which is good for aged guests who don’t want to climb stairs. The three bedrooms can easily sleep up to four guests. Bedroom #1 has two single beds Bedroom #2 has one single bed and Bedroom #3 has one double bed. Bedside tables have lampshades, so you can read a book after a long day and slowly doze off if you want. Large windows bring in the natural Mediterranean sunlight and breeze. The house has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub.
The outdoor area features a large 1000-square-meter garden that extends down into the valley. It is filled with many shrubs, tall trees, fragrant flowers, and tree-lined pathways. The surrounding areas have some of the oldest trees of Majorca as the villa is away from the island’s cities. You can go on long nature walks to appreciate the scenery.
Immediately outside the house, you will find a manicured lawn with the villa’s private swimming pool at the center. It has a shallow end, so your kids can splash around safely, while you go for a swim in the cool turquoise water. Loungers are placed on the poolside for you to relax after a dip. At the other end, you will find a shaded balcony with a sitting area and a dining area where you can have your alfresco meal, surrounded by nature. The outdoor barbecue is placed conveniently here. There is a section of the lawn right in front, so you can have your picnic lunch here.
Finca Palvin has a 120 square meter interior. It is a lovely living space plush sofa around a satellite television where you can see a movie in the evening. It also has a DVD. The lush garden and manicured lawn are just outside. A door from the living space leads to the villa’s kitchen where you will find many modern appliances, such as a refrigerator, freezer, toaster, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and a kettle.
Solar power provides electricity. There is free WiFi internet throughout the house.

This wonderful Mediterranean villa is close to two scenic beaches – Playa del Muro and Na Patana. The 7th-century archeological site and prehistoric cemetery of Necròpolis de Son Real are very close. You will also be close to the historic site of Sa Clova des Xot and Son Serra de Marina. The town center of Santa Margalida is 5 kilometers away. You will find many shops and restaurants here.
