The quiet neighbourhood area as its location is a plus point for restful relaxation and nights, yet it is close enough to public transportation as well as convenience and grocery stores for guests. With 3 bedrooms at the villa, they all feature terracotta-tiled flooring, wooden ceiling beams, and cute window openings throughout. Configured with 2 twin beddings and 1 double bed, the room design is simple and minimalist with the standard amenities like wardrobes and side desks to complement the needs of guests.
The outdoors of Finca Son Rabassa is where guests will enjoy lovely garden views with a swimming pool built into the centre, lined by sun beds around its one side. Behind this row of sun chairs is a sheltered space intended as an alfresco dining area, fitted with a dining table and chairs for guests to dine under the skies. Its surrounding walls are made of exposed stones, just adjoining this alfresco area is a brick-built outdoor oven for guests to have BBQ and fun grill sessions.
Inside the home, guests will find terracotta-tiled flooring and wooden ceiling beams as some of the key elements projected throughout. Parts of the residence also ooze character and personality with some exposed wall bricks against equally rustic furniture, charming decor items on hanging shelves and furnishings. The lovely living lounge is fitted with comfy couch sofas and a brick-built fireplace, and over in the kitchen area is a classically-built space with wooden storage shelves but equipped with modern amenities including a dishwasher and microwave.
Guests will enjoy complimentary WiFi Internet access across all areas of the residence, and also free parking that is available on site. The housekeeping team will also help change new bed linens with towels provided.
Finca Son Rabassa is surprisingly near to the Sant Joan city which would delight guests, being just 2km away. It is also 2km from the Sant Joan bus station and 5km from the Estacion de Petra train station, hence travelling is made easy for guests. One could also hire a car and drive on to the Son Serra de Marina sand beach or rock beach which are equal in distance at 22km away and the Golf Son Gual golf course that is 35km - not bad for a day trip or two to spend your holiday time.
