The fields that lie beyond the wall make for great scenery that you can enjoy day in and out.
There are three bedrooms at S’Abellar, each furnished well with single or double beds. The bedrooms are comfortable and cool owing to the terrace doors or windows opening up to the lovely outdoors. They are flooded with natural light and fresh air. The patterned floors and the simple décor adds to the charm of the bedrooms. There is one modern and well-designed bathroom and an outdoor shower at the villa.
The outdoor area at S’Abellar is nothing short of mesmerizing. It evokes memories of a time that stood still. With the vast fields, the stone walls and the laid back town vibe, you are sure to feel utterly relaxed and refreshed. Rest in the tub, drink a chilled beverage and enjoy the warm sun on your back. There are deck chairs for anyone who wants to sunbathe. A corner of the outdoors is dedicated to the alfresco dining area. The multiple story villa looms in the back with its magnificent façade.
Sliding glass doors lead you straight to the open-plan living room that has a double height ceiling, natural stone walls that keep the interiors cool and refreshing. From the grey tiled-floors to the sunlit walls, the living room is immediately homely and relaxing. There is a lot of space for everyone to move around and armchairs in corners. A wall-mounted flat-screen TV is for times when you want to watch something and rest indoors.
The living room is one large, open-plan space with a dining area and kitchen under the same roof. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen features a mosaic-tiled backsplash, state-of-the-art appliances including built-in oven and induction cooktop. The dining table is exquisite with a white and wooden finish. You can open the glass doors to the terrace where you have the outdoor dining space.
S’Abellar is family-friendly where adults and kids can spend a few wonderful days and weeks getting to know the lay of the land. From the expansive fields to the modern comforts of the villa, you have everything you could ask for. The area is cycling friendly, there is a barbecue and other amenities for your enjoyment.
