Spread over 3 floors in the heart of the Maria de la Salut village is a minimalist villa known as Villa Es Sequer. Here in this tranquil and sublime location, guests can enjoy panoramic vistas of the countryside and also the stunning mountains of Mallorca in the distance. This villa is designed with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms for a party of 8 guests, and consists of beautiful open spaces and spacious indoor living that affords its occupants plenty of downtime and relaxation spots that take strategic advantage of the gorgeous unobstructed views. Spanning a space of 255 sq meters, this tasteful villa is the epitome of stylish and indulgent living, and features 2 car garages as one of its differentiating factors.
Equipped with 4 bedrooms that sleep 8 guests, 2 of the rooms are configured with double beds and the other 2 rooms with twin beds. Designed with a clean layout and modern outlook, cream-colored walls and furniture in pastel shades fill the space, with some floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors help to let in an abundance of sunlight to flood the rooms with brightness and airiness. Some of the rooms are also equipped with adjoining bathrooms.
The outdoors of Villa Es Sequer is made up of paved and tiled terrace space that features a swimming pool sitting in the middle, lined by sunbeds and deck chairs under umbrellas for guests to seek shade. Just upstairs on the 1st floor is an extended terrace platform stretching out from this 2nd living hall, equipped with relaxing chairs for guests to sit around while taking in the outdoor scenery. There is also an alfresco dining spot with a shelter cover for guests to dine under the skies and simply marvel at the awesome countryside greens across the horizon.
Inside the 2-storey villa, guests will be pleased by the breezy and comfy interiors that allow in an abundance of light, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that span the length and perimeters of the residence. The tiled flooring is modern as with the fitted fabric couch sofas that help to evoke warmth of a home. The fully-equipped kitchen space is fitted with wooden cabinets and an island kitchen that is adjoining a dining space made up of a modern white dining table and chairs.
Complimentary WiFi Internet access is provided for guests and there is also free private parking on site for guests who drive. There are also satellite channels to watch on television, front desk service for any needs as well as bed linens and towels provided.
Villa Es Sequer is located in the village of Maria de la Salut, a small agricultural town in central Mallorca, and guests can hop around to check out the various shops, market, bars, restaurants and historic landmarks that define this place.
