Villa Maratua

Villa Maratua has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. All the rooms have comfortable double beds, AC, wardrobes, and private marble en-suite bathrooms. One of the upper rooms has a private covered veranda, creating a cozy and romantic spot to enjoy the twilight hours with someone you love and a bottle of Italian wine.

Villa Maratua boasts a beautiful elevated garden overlooking unspoiled nature and bays. You get to enjoy ocean views from the bean-shaped private swimming pool encompassed by a stone terrace with sun loungers. There is a covered BBQ area built in between 2 rocks and a covered veranda for relaxing and dining out of the sun. The lawn is perfect for garden parties and it also makes a nice playing spot for kids (always supervised by adults!).

Villa Maratua has 2 living spaces; one on each floor. Both rooms have sitting areas, dining areas and kitchens. The rooms are built with Sardinian marble walls and beautiful curved ceilings, adding a sophisticated, traditional touch. The Upper living space leads out to a terrace with brown polyrattan chairs. Inside, there are white sofas situated around an authentic fireplace. There is a large flat-screen television mounted to the wall and there is AC to keep the place nice and cool during the summer months. The wooden cabinet is stocked with board games and Bose sound system. The second living room has a white sofa, an open fireplace, and a teak wood dining table. The kitchens are modern with state-of-the-art kitchen appliances.
