This property is theideal place for a wonderful vacation for family or friends. The three-bedroom Finca is located close to the town of Inca, the 3rd largest town in Mallorca. Not typically a tourist town there is plenty here to keep travellers entertained. The town is a wonderful base to explore Mallorca as the public transportation system is excellent. The Finca itself provides recreation and a cozy home to come back to after a day of discovering the delights of the region.
The Finca has three bedrooms, two doubles, and one twin room. The rooms feature lovely splashes of colour making them cheery and cosy, one of the doubles has a feature stone wall, and each room has lovely touches of old Spain with modern comfort. The bedrooms are calming and restful and well-appointed with linens and quality bedding.
There is one bathroom, equipped with ample towels and a hairdryer, the bathroom also features a large walk-in shower.
The Finca has a large covered terrace with a wonderful lounge area, perfect for enjoying a relaxing day with a coffee or a glass or two of the local wines. There is a large dining area with outdoor BBQ and above ground swimming pool with grassed area and sunbeds.
Entering the Finca through the large double timber doors, guests will instantly feel at “home”. Comfy couches, lovely terra cotta flooring, a blonde stone wall, and a large decorative stone fireplace unsure a feeling of Spanish comfort. The lounge area has plush sofas, TV with international programmes, and Wifi which is also throughout the property. In this generous living space, there is also a formal dining table and chairs, and antique pieces including charming chandeliers, which creates a feeling of old Mallorca.
The modern farmhouse kitchen is conveniently close to the dining area and has another dining table and chairs for less formal meals, a large refrigerator, and freezer, hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave, along with all utensils and crockery. Guests will be fully equipped to cook delicious meals if they are so inclined.
The outdoor living areas are easily accessible from the living space, making it very much indoor/outdoor living.
The Finca is thoroughly deep cleaned and beds freshly prepared. Final cleaning is included. A deposit of 300 Euro is required which will be refunded after final inspection. Check-in is from 4 pm till midnite and check out is before 10 am. Please let the Finca know time of arrival in advance.
A baby cot and high chair are available for our smaller guests, please request on booking.
Bicycles are available onsite as in parking.
Parties are not permitted and pets are also not welcome.
The lovely property is at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, with glorious views and many activities for guests. Mountain biking, horse riding and lovely hikes are all very close to the property.
The town of Inca is known as the city of leather, as for many centuries it has been the centre of leather production. Inca is just 3.5km from Finca Can Calistro. This lovely historic town is a sleepy place apart from Thursdays when it comes alive with a very popular market. There are restaurants and cafes to keep everyone happy and charming cellar restaurants created from old wine cellars, perfect for sampling the wonderful local cuisine and fabulous wines.
History buffs will love exploring the town with wonderful churches, one of the most interesting is the Santa Maria Maggiore originally built in 1248.
The main square, the Placa d’Espanya is a delighted home to the Spanish steps, the wonderful town hall, the Museu del Calcat I la Pell d’Inca and many beautiful cafes to sit and enjoy the local vibe.
