This lovely home is the true Mallorca retreat perfect for the most wonderful vacation for a family group or friends. Positioned in a quaint neighborhood, the three bedroom home comprises both indoor and outdoor living spaces, set over two stylish floors.
The villa has three delightful bedrooms, two with two double beds in each and one with twin beds. Each bedroom is lovely, airy, modern, and spacious, featuring fabulous comfortable beds, crisp linens, and high-quality bedding, and are the perfect retreats for a wonderful night’s rest. The bedrooms offer lovely views of the garden and swimming pool, and have double doors opening to the terrace.
There are three bathrooms for guests’ use, the master with jacuzzi tub and walk in shower, the 2nd double bedroom with bathtub and shower, and the third a half bathroom with toilet and washbasin. Fluffy towels are supplied as are hairdryers.
Both the bedrooms and bathrooms are bright, comfortable, and beautifully designed with high end luxurious finishes.
Styled with lovely areas to relax and enjoy, the villa offers a relaxing space set in beautiful surroundings. The property is great for family and friends.
The villa offers a crystal clear swimming pool with timber surrounds, plenty of sunbeds to enjoy hours of fun and relaxation in the sun, and a lounge area on the terrace to enjoy a coffee or drinks or a good book.
The al fresco dining with BBQ and a dining table and chairs will be a popular spot. adjacent to the beautiful pool, and definitely the place to enjoy those balmy evenings. There is also a terraced area with a table and chairs to enjoy a coffee or drink under the clear Mallorcan skies.
The two lounge areas have ample seating, one with large comfortable sofas, and flatscreen TV, the other on a mezzanine level equipped with comfy chairs and a large bench seat, the perfect spot to curl up with a glass of the local wine and a good book. The rooms are all individually climate controlled and the home has WiFi throughout. There is a billiard table for guests’ enjoyment and a small library of books. The dining area has a large table for enjoyable, long lazy meals in the company of family and friends. Double doors from the dining room lead to the outdoor terrace.
The fully equipped ultra-modern kitchen is perfect with vitro ceramic benchtops cooker, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, and all utensils needed to prepare delicious meals.
Self check in is available with the key in a lockbox, for guests’ convenience. The villa will have been thoroughly deep cleaned and have freshly prepared beds. A baby cot and high chair are available for our smaller guests, please request on booking.
This property does not welcome pets and is nonsmoking and as it is in a small neighborhood parties are not permitted.
The town of Lloseta is located within a short walk and guests can enjoy the delicious cuisines of the region with many choices of restaurants and cafes or perhaps browse the local shops and enjoy the wonderful local feel.
The weekly market is a visual feast with everything from souvenirs, produce, flowers, and beautiful leather on offer, a must-do on Saturdays to soak in the colorful atmosphere and stock up on fabulous produce and lovely local crafts.
The town itself is ancient with buildings dating back to olden times, well worth exploring and discovering the architectural gems in the little streets and winding alleys.
The pretty little town is set in the shadow of the majestic Tramuntana mountain ranges, and there is a multitude of walking tracks, mountain biking or just enjoying the wonderful views.
The major town of Inca is close by, a center for leather production and a historic gem begging to be explored.
