Families looking for a peaceful getaway in a quaint Mallorcan village will love Villa Can Pulit. This traditional three-bedroom Finca exudes comfort and vintage-style cosiness, with ceiling beams, fireplaces and exposed brick walls. There are two living rooms, one with a TV and one arranged for quiet reading and socialisation. There’s also a fully-equipped kitchen, two indoor dining tables, an al fresco dining area and a BBQ so you have plenty of objects for what and where you’d like to eat. You could spend the whole day in the garden, relaxing on a sun lounger or in the saltwater pool, or explore further afield to the nearby mountains or beautiful Mallorcan beaches.
Villa Can Pulit offers three bedrooms, all of which are spacious, cosy and colourful. With air-conditioning and quality mattresses and linens the rooms are perfectly equipped for a restful night’s sleep even at the height of summer, and with ample storage space you can fully make yourself at home here in Mallorca. Two of the bedrooms feature king-sized beds and the third bedroom is a twin room. All have large ensuite bathrooms with attractive modern fittings. Though each room is individually designed, there is a through-line of vintage cosiness and artistry which is shared between them, with timber ceiling beams, antique-style furniture pieces and bright artworks which reflect modern Spanish style.
The garden is a warm, romantic paradise, with beautiful foliage, cobblestones and pergolas. There are several outside seating areas, from al fresco dining tables on gorgeous shaded patios two upholstered poolside sun loungers. When the heat of the afternoon gets a little too much, that’s nothing a dip in the glistening saltwater pool can’t fix. There are plenty of quiet spots where you can enjoy a private moment or have a quiet conversation, as well as dining tables large enough for the entire family to sit around for a BBQ feast, cooked on the purpose built stone grill.
The villa interiors are characterised by quaint chilling beams and exposed stone walls. A traditional farmhouse style is brought out by antique furniture pieces and original architectural features. There are two living rooms, one on the ground floor with a bold black and white colour palette and wide screen TV. The second living rooms in on the mezzanine and doubles its function as a library with floor to ceiling book-shelves. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. You’ll have everything that you need to prepare a culinary masterpiece for your family, with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and more. You have a choice of dining tables around which to eat your meal. There’s a smaller glass table in the living room and a formal dining room with plush chairs and space for eight guests.
Villa Can Pulit will be fully cleaned and stocked with fresh linens and towels before your arrival. Villa Can Pulit is in the picturesque town of Selva Tramuntana Mountain range. Founded in 1232, this village is known for its quaint architecture, lovely restaurants and gothic church. The nearest big large town is Inca, where you will find excellent shopping and bars. When you rent a car, the whole of Mallorca is at your fingertips. There are 550km of coastlines to explore, with beautiful beaches and opportunities for boat trips, whale watching and watersports.
