Its refined exterior walls feature stone texture and finishing that further enhances the perfect holiday getaway with the heightened experience of splendor for guests.
The 3 bedrooms at Villa Empaltada are clean, comfortable, and modern with a classical twist of wooden parquet flooring, wooden ceiling beams and wooden-framed sliding glass doors. With all rooms located in the upper floor of this 2-storey property, each comes with its own ensuite bathroom to boot too. The master bedroom has its own large walk-in wardrobe while the other 2 bedrooms are fitted with twin bedding, and in which 2 extra beds are available upon request, free-of-charge. The rooms open up to their own little balconies outside through the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that also let in abundance of light and fresh air. The bathroom for the master bedroom is contemporary featuring refined cement slabs as the choice of material and a cute bathtub that exudes a sense of splendor. The 2 other bathrooms also have spacious shower areas for guests’ comfort.
The villa’s outdoors are surrounded by an astounding oasis of green featuring a sprawling garden with orchard, studded with olive and almond trees. A sense of tranquility and awe envelop guests as soon as they are surrounded in such magnificence of mother nature, with the well-manicured trees and plants, as well as the backdrop of Tramuntana mountains. A nicely-sheltered terrace area for alfresco dining is provided with the full set of dining table and chairs, and in another corner being a lounge area with lazy sofa couches to kick back and have drinks at. A large swimming pool measuring 11m X 5m is also another classy highlight while comfortable sunbeds dot the poolside for guests wanting to sunbathe, read a book or have a nap on!
Built over 2 storeys, the inside of Villa Empaltada is carefully crafted to reflect a chic ambiance, with wooden beam ceilings, tiled flooring, and a spacious enough layout thanks to its clever arrangement. On the ground floor, a truly vast living room fills up the space with an extended number of sofas and couches for guests to plonk themselves on. It opens straight out to the sprawling outdoors. Walk further behind and guests will come across a more casual dining area, before they enter the classy full-fledged kitchen which features dark solid wood as the choice of tone here. This is where guests will also get to sit around a more formal round wooden dining table, while the cooking takes place in the adjoining kitchen, which is equipped with a lovely kitchen island, as well as amenities like microwave, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher.
The villa is fully and wholly disinfected and sanitized for the safety and well-being of all guests concerned. Additionally, bed linens and towels are changed every 7 days and mid-stay cleanings are also included. There is also open-air parking for guests who drive, free air-conditioning and complimentary WiFi Internet access. For kids needing cot, crib or baby high chairs, worry not as these are also provided gladly by the villa.
The location of Selva where Villa Empaltada is based is a small, authentic town in central Mallorca with the highlight being its laid-back atmosphere and pre-tourist feel, backed by the range of Tramuntana mountains as its rich backdrop. From the villa, guests could set foot out to explore this town with its various attractions such as an impressive, gothic church, some historical architecture and even for some serious shopping at neighboring Inca that is only a few minutes of drive away.
