Located in a serene corner of Sicily, this home has lush greenery all around. The tall hills, groves, and forested valleys provide the perfect backdrop for a relaxing holiday. It makes a world of difference to those who want to escape their busy city life. The villa is in the countryside of southern Sicily and is close to a historic city that is known for its art and architecture. The closest beach is less than 5 minutes by road.
Ibiscus House is a small property with just 2 bedrooms for 5 guests. It is a great choice for a family, two couples, or a small group of friends looking for a vacation they are likely to remember for a long time. The house has large living and dining areas. There is also a well-equipped kitchen. Its terraces offer fabulous views. Spend your time just relaxing so that you can go back home completely recharged.
Ibiscus House is a part of an exclusive residential community that has seven individual apartments. Each apartment has its own separate terrace. This particular apartment has 2 bedrooms, which are spread over two floors. The ground-floor bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom where you will find a bathtub.
The second bedroom on the upper floor has twin beds. Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the loft, which allows the fifth guest to sleep. All five sleeping areas are comfortable, including the sofa bed. The ensuite bathrooms are modern. Bath towels are provided.
The apartment is at the center of a gorgeous 18-hectare nature park, which is why you have so much greenery. It has many ancient trees and olive groves all around the valleys and hills. It is the only residential community for miles, which guarantees peace and tranquility. Pathways meander through the greenery, so you can explore the landscape on foot or rented bikes. The estate is gated, so you can allow the kids, and even encourage them to explore themselves.
This luxury property is a part of a residential community, so you can use its common facilities too that are meant for all the guests. This includes the large infinity swimming pool and the poolside loungers. There are many loungers, so you don’t have to worry about finding a seat. A rustic staircase from the pool terrace goes up to the apartments.
The façade with the tiled roofing is traditional. The interior is modern, but you will find traditional touches in the stone-cut walls and the wooden-beamed ceiling that runs through the house. The living room is on the ground floor. It has a sofa that is large enough for everyone. This is actually an open-plan room that also has a kitchen and a dining area. Just behind the sofa, you will find the 6-sitter dining table. Immediately outside, there is a fabulous terrace.
Each apartment in the community, including Ibiscus House, is self-sufficient. In the kitchen, you will find a refrigerator, freezer, toaster, electric oven, and dishwasher. Pots and pans are provided. There is housekeeping too. The team will change bath towels and bed linen once a week. The bathroom and bedrooms will also be cleaned. An extra cot can be provided. The cost of electricity and final cleaning are included.
Ibiscus House is located in a serene corner of southern Sicily. From here, you can visit the historic town of Syracuse and also Ragusa to see the many baroque buildings here, such as the Duomo di San Giorgio. Don’t miss this ornate cathedral. You can cook at home. If you want to eat out, then there are a few cafes and restaurants in Ragusa like Ristorante Giapponese, RetròGusto, and Trattoria Al Casareccio.
