Very close to the southernmost edge of Sicily, you will find a property that can very well be your home luxury for a few days on the island. Terrazza Ibla House is a small 3-bedroom home that can sleep up to 6 guests. It is perfect for you if you want to holiday with your close family or the closest friends – the people who matter the most to you. Stay away from large hotels and resorts where you don’t have any privacy. Now you can holiday in peace, away from the crowds in one of the most scenic areas of Sicily.
Terrazza Ibla House is located just outside the hilltop town of Ragusa, which has many beautiful baroque buildings. The town also offers sweeping views of the landscape and many attractions. The house is located in a posh residential community with individual apartments, which makes it a great choice for guests who want to have facilities that can only be offered in a large community and yet want the privacy and comfort that an individual home can offer. Surrounding you, there is also an 18-hectare nature park.
There are 3 bedrooms in the house for 6 guests. All of them are individual apartments with a bedroom each, a large terrace, living and dining areas, a kitchenette, and a bathroom, which makes them self-sufficient units. The house has simple, minimalist décor, but you have everything you need for your stay. Two of the three bedrooms have king beds, while the third has twins. There are wardrobes with plenty of storage and hanging space, bedside tables with reading lights, and dressing areas. The bedrooms have seating areas as well.
This rental property is located in the center of an 18-hectare nature park, where you will find many ancient trees and olive groves. It is a green paradise of peace and calm. Wake up to the sound of the birds that nest in the surrounding trees. Various pathways meander through the greenery. You can walk hand-in-hand with your partner and explore the landscape. If you are traveling with young children, then let them run around and have fun as the compound is framed by low stone walls, which is typically Sicilian. Introduce them to the various trees and birds.
Guests staying at Terrazza Ibla House can all use the infinity pool, which hangs at the edge of a cliff. You will get sweeping views of hills and the wide-open landscape from here. It is a huge pool with a shallow end for the kids. There is a sunny deck on one side with many loungers and pergolas. Besides this, you will also find a grassy lawn. A wooden staircase goes up to the apartments from the pool area.
The interior is elegantly and comfortably furnished. There is a television, satellite receiver, and a washing machine. On entering the apartment, you will find an open-plan room with a deep-cushioned sofa, armchairs, and a dining table for 6 guests. The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, toaster, electric oven, and dishwasher. Pots and pans are provided. There are additional seating areas on the terrace too with pergolas.
This is a self-sufficient rental property with everything you need during your holiday. You can use everything you find in the apartments and the common areas, including the infinity pool. The cost of gas consumption, water consumption, electricity, and final cleaning are included with your stay. The apartments are self-sufficient units, but you will still be looked after when you stay at Terrazza Ibla House. Bath towels and bed linen will be changed once a week. The bathrooms and bedrooms will also be cleaned.
The house is surrounded by the lush greenery of Sicily. It is close to the UNESCO-listed Ragusa town, which is known for its chocolates and ancient architecture. You can see many baroque buildings, like the Duomo di San Giorgio, which has beautiful stained-glass windows and many paintings. Ragusa also has several shops, cafes, and restaurants. You can visit the baroque towns of Scicli, Modica, and Noto.
