Ulivo House sits within an 18-hectare nature park. There are no large hotels or resorts nearby. All you will find are olive groves and ancient trees, which are spread throughout the mountainside. You will have complete peace and serenity here, perfect for a laid-back vacation. The historic town of Ragusa is close. Several sandy and rocky beaches are nearby.
The house is built over two levels, with both floors having one bedroom each. The ground floor has a twin bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The first floor has a double bedroom, which means the house can sleep up to five guests. It welcomes small families, two couples, and even a small group of close friends who want to stay close.
The beds have good-quality linen made from locally sourced material. The wardrobes are antique and the armchairs are made of earthen materials. So, the décor very nicely fuses modern comforts with antiques and the rustic touch of the soil. The ground-floor bathroom has a shower. On the upper floor, the ensuite bathroom has a bathtub.

The common areas of the community include an infinity swimming pool, which you can use anytime you want. Go for a swim or relax on a poolside lounger, while cherishing the panoramic views from the side of a hill. There is a small grassy lawn as well besides the pool. Between the individual houses in the community, you will also find a traditional courtyard with a small seating area under shade.
Move inside for the comfort of this holiday rental. The ground floor has a sofa, television, and fireplace. The original stone walls of the house look dreamy under the lampshades. An open staircase moves to the upper level of Ulivo House. The kitchen and dining table are in the next room. The rustic farm-style table has four chairs and a bench. There is also an antique cupboard here and a fully-stocked kitchen with many appliances, pots, pans, tableware, and glassware.
Ulivo House has a television where you can watch a movie with your group to make the most of your indoor time. Three heat pumps provide heating. Ulivo House is at the center of a nature park with many old trees and olive groves. The closest beach is 15 kilometers away. It is a sandy beach. There is also a rocky beach close by. Visit the old historic town of Ragusa, especially the baroque buildings there like the Duomo di San Giorgio. You can also visit Syracuse on a day trip.
