Tucked in the midst of an estate that spans across 125 hectares, Villa Elixir Sicily can sleep large groups of up to 20 guests. Because it has so much space to spare, this villa can easily be rented for family getaways, destination weddings, wellness retreats, and even corporate events with your colleagues. Owing to the expansive grounds, guests will have plenty of opportunities to catch some rays and work on achieving that perfect Mediterranean tan. Best of all, you’ll be just 20 minutes from the beach.
Villa Elixir Sicily offers a total of ten bedrooms to comfortably sleep all the guests. On the lower garden floor, guests will find one double bedroom and three twin bedrooms that have their own private, off courtyard entrance.
The upper garden floor features two more twin bedrooms that have an interconnecting door. This same floor boasts a double room as well as the master suite, complete with separate living room and terrace.
Outside, guests can relax in a resort-like setting thanks to the sprawling lawn with armchairs and sun loungers. Thanks to the outdoor sound system, you’ll be able to host fun evenings with your loved ones. There’s also a large pool where you can enjoy a swim in after a hot day of sightseeing.
Additionally, there are plenty of dining terraces where you can sit down to a delicious meal while gazing out at the stars or soaking up the sun.
The palatial interiors of Villa Elixir Sicily are fitted with a kitchenette with fridge, washing machine, and gas oven. This space also has a small dining table for four people. On the same floor as the kitchenette, guests will find a spacious living room with plush sofas and satellite television.
On the Orangerie floor, guests will find a second full-sized and professional kitchen fitted with a juicer, coffee maker, ice maker, dishwasher, two ovens, and a gas stove. There’s also a formal dining room for up to twenty guests.
This floor has a second sitting room with Sky TV and a fully-stocked bar with plenty of drinks.
The villa is fitted with an outdoor sauna so you can easily wind down and relax at the end of the day. Best of all, there’s even a cinema room with Dolby surround so you can spend some quality bonding time with your loved ones. Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the property. There’s even a tennis court on the grounds of the villa.
Some of the best attractions in Eastern Sicily lies just a quick drive away so you can embark on a proper adventure every day. For instance, you’ll be close to Catania, Siracusa, and Caltagirone which is known for its excellent eats and amazing shopping opportunities.
