If you’re lucky enough to stay in the master suite, get ready for a life of luxury as you lie in the plush double bed looking out over ocean views through floor-to-ceiling windows. The master bedroom also has a flat-screen TV and a private ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms both also feature double beds topped with crisp linens and luxurious mattresses, also featuring generous storage space and air-conditioning.

When you stay at Villa Hermes, you’ll have access to both a front and back garden, both of which have soft, emerald lawns and plenty of spaces to lounge and socialise under the gorgeous Sicilian sunshine. The front garden is the larger of the two. Here you’ll find a shaded veranda, complete with modern living furniture and an al fresco dining area. Here you can enjoy meals prepared in either the fully-equipped kitchen inside, or the outdoor barbecue kitchen to the side of the house. Here you’ll also find a private jacuzzi, heated to 28 degrees, which is available from March to December. On the other side of the building, the sea views from the back garden are truly a sight to behold. You could spend hours out here on the shaded sun loungers, cocktail in hand, fellow traveller by your side, as you admire the uninterrupted ocean views.

Just as you’d expect from such a luxurious modern villa, the main living spaces at Villa Hermes are cool, bright and chic. The main room is an open-plan kitchen, living room and dining area. Take a seat on the royal blue couch in front of the flat-screen TV as you enjoy the cooling breeze from the air-conditioning. With the fully-equipped, modern kitchen just steps away across the creamy marble floor, you can continue to watch TV as you work on a delicious home-cooked meal. If you’d like to stay inside you can enjoy your meal around the six-seater dining table rather than serving dinner under the sun at the al fresco dining table.
