From the moment you step inside the villa, you’ll feel right at home: welcomed by the gorgeous design, cosy living areas and four soothing bedrooms. Spend your days out under the endless blue sky in your private garden or on the first floor, sea view terrace. Immerse yourself in a life of luxury, swimming in your private pool, chatting with your fellow travellers in the outdoor living area and enjoying meals en famille around the al fresco dining table.
The four bedrooms at Ulivo will charm you with their bright, modern design and streams of natural sunlight that dance in through large windows. Whichever room you choose, you’ll sleep on high-quality mattresses and pillows, topped with provided bed linens which will be changed during the week. The master bedroom is particularly spacious, offering a king-sized bed and a magnificent ensuite bathroom. Of the other three bedrooms, two also feature double beds, while the final room is a twin bedrooms with two single beds.

When you’re not exploring the beach or the beautiful nearby towns, spend your afternoons at home, sunning yourself from the comfort of a lounger or the outdoor living area, or taking a dip in the cool waters of your swimming pool. This charming town maintains a quiet village feel while still being close to the larger cities of Noto and Syracuse, both of which are just a short drive away. Whether you want to enjoy family-friendly activities such as horse riding and diving or explore ancient ruins and Roman architecture, Ulivo has everything that you could possibly want within easy driving distance.
