This 6-bedroom residence that can sleep 14 guests is surrounded by 26 acres of vineyards alone and another 7 acres of olive groves. Within this farmhouse itself, lies a restored and centuries-old agricultural estate that boasts some of the most sweeping views over the Tuscan hillsides and the hilltop town of Casole d’Elsa. The architecture of Casale San Giovanni features a mixture of exposed bricks and stones, and is suitably modern in design evident in its furniture, fittings and even the bathrooms. As the quintessential Tuscan property made up of a main residence and guest residence, perfect for a larger group of guests, Casale San Giovanni is certainly not short of draws, one of it being nestled on one of the most idyllic settings of the entire estate.
All the 6 gorgeous Master Suites at Casale San Giovanni are luxuriously fitted and furnished. They are configured with 5-king sized beds and 2 queen beds, sleeping up to 14 guests maximum. All rooms also come with either their special framed windows or sliding glass doors that allow for an abundance of sunlight and resplendent nature of the outdoors to stream through. The rooms maintain their intimacy and a certain level of exquisite quality that is synonymous with a rich and tasteful farmhouse, and each with their own ensuite bathrooms to boot.
The sun-dappled outdoors surrounding San Giovanni stretches the expanse of 26 acres of vineyards and 7 acres of olive groves, which lend the postcard-perfect backdrop for guests staying here. It is in fact set of a whopping and sprawling 135 acres of land that is home to a restored, and centuries-old agricultural estate, with a central courtyard that features a pergola, a heated glass-tiled infinity pool, fire pit and bocce court for a host of activities that guests could do, all while marvelling at the sweeping views of the Tuscan hillsides.
If the great outdoors are any indication, the indoors are just as marvellous if not more, by any standards of guests.
