Built with 5 bedrooms that can sleep 12 people in this main house, guests will be delighted that their full group can all congregate and socialise under the same roof. On the ground floor, is a lofted twin bedroom for either 2 or 4 guests that can be accessed from a separate entrance and with a private bathroom - a space that is perfect for a family with young children or for a group of young teens. Up on the 1st floor, guests will find a double bedroom with its own bathroom too, while 3 remaining rooms are housed on the 2nd floor - namely the Master Bedroom with its bathroom consisting of a shower area and bathtub, and 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, one of it comes with a shower and the other a bathtub with both sharing a common toilet.

The outdoor grounds are perfect for relaxation, starting with the well-maintained garden that features a large vegetable garden, in which vegetables are grown and can be harvested by guests for their consumption. The 12m X 6m swimming pool can be particularly enjoyed at leisure that is heated with cover and equipped with saltwater system, and starring opposite it is a marvellous and enclosed alfresco dining verandah for guests to tuck in their meals under the stars and skies. There is also a separate building by the pool with the outdoor facility of a built-in BBQ space for guests to have their hand at barbecuing.

Inside this 3-storey villa that has been restored to high standards blending modern design with the crux of original Tuscan architecture, are spaces that beckon to be explored. On the ground floor, enter into the living room and a comforting and breezy atmosphere awashes guests thanks to its chosen style and furniture colours, while the fully-equipped kitchen has an island kitchen with a door opening that looks out to the alfresco eating spot. On the first floor, there is an impressive number of facilities including a study room, a sitting room, and a television lounge, done up in simplistic design and layout. Head over to the separate building and it consists of other indoor spaces including a laundry room, a bathroom with shower and changing room.

The service staff provides cleaning services of 3 hours per day for 5 days a week. Other amenities that guests can expect at this villa are complimentary WiFi Internet access and baby beds if required, while the pool heating system is also part of the stay package from the beginning of May to end September and will only be charged for bookings outside this period of time.
