Built with 6 master suites that are well-split among 3 building structures namely the main house, the pool guest house and an extra suite, they sleep up to 14 guests in total. At the main house, it accommodates 8 persons and features 2 Master Bedrooms with their respective ensuite bathrooms - both of which have bathtubs, and one with a double shower and the other with a separate shower. There is also a double bedroom and another bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. Proceed to the pool house and guests will find a double bed with an ensuite bathroom that features just a shower area, while over at the extra suite that fits 2 persons, is another double bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom too.
Blessed with a 360 degree view of the surrounding Tuscan countryside, guests will find that they can savour these vistas within the comfort of the covered outside portico with a glass of wine or two, and which there is also a large dining table for alfresco dining within the terrace. Explore the gardens and guests will be awed by how it is beautifully maintained and with a herb plot to boot. Completing the outdoors is a marvellous swimming pool measuring 14m X 7m built with an infinity edge too.
The indoors of the main villa feature an eclectic, trendy blend of various Mediterranean styles, which would be very much appreciated by guests who love interior design. Its elegance and tasteful atmosphere are only matched by the exceptional taste and attention to detail, with an expansive space all around. The stunning and breathtaking living hall with its high ceilings will certainly keep guests gaping in awe, fitted with chandeliers looking down on top-notch sofas and other furniture that are stylish in taste. The dining hall with its arched ceiling is another consummate space design wise, which is airy and where the outdoors are let in through the door opening, while the vaulted fully-equipped kitchen sits behind. A large open plan room with sitting area features at the pool guest house which also has its own kitchen and dining space.
Besides free Internet access, air-conditioning and baby beds made available for guests, the property also comes with a mandatory maid service of 4-hour cleaning each day for 5 days a week at a chargeable cost for guests to pay locally every week.

There is also the food haven of Colle Val d’Elsa, which consists of many traditional restaurants nearby as well as renowned Michelin 2-star eateries within a 10km radius. If you are looking to explore Tuscany, this villa provides a good base of the region for places like San Gimignano, Monteriggioni as well as Siena, about 30km away.
