The 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin and 1 single room of the main villa plus the “Dependance” which is a long. elongated space, previously the drying area for tobacco, offer plenty of spaces for guests to rest their heads. This Dependance is now a delightful addition to the villa and available only if renting the main property, adding a living room with sofa bed and mezzanine bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, opening to the loggia, and sleeping up to three extra guests, creating a fabulous option of hosting comfortably nine guests, with an extra on the sofa bed if need be. The villa may be rented without the Dependence at a lower cost. The rooms are spacious and alluring, embedded with soothing and natural toning colours, tand all have stunning scenic views and are complete with ensuite bathrooms and lovely amenities.

Villa Maramai has two acres of stunning gardens, which flow beautifully with the surrounding countryside. The property offers a barbeque for alfresco dining under the vine covered pergola. The outdoor dining area also boasts a stunning large stone dining table with so much space for all to sit comfortably. The terrace has a lounge space for those not wanting to stay too long in the sun, and plenty of spots for the sun worshippers as well.
A lovely 11 x 5meter swimming pool completes this wonderful villa with ample chairs and sunbeds to enjoy the Tuscan sun. The younger members of the group will have a marvellous time exploring the gardens and love the manicured lawns, perfect for playing and enjoying the wonderful weather.

Entering the beautiful villa guests are greeted with a welcoming reception area with cloak room, comfortable armchairs offering a quiet and comfy space to wait for the rest of the party to join for a days outing, or just a lovely spot to enjoy this stunning space.
With beautiful views and French doors on two sides opening out onto the terrace; the lounge area is a delight. Timber beamed ceilings with graceful archways opening to the kitchen, dining space and also gracing the doorways, this space is simply beautiful. the inviting lounge area of the villa is the ideal place to gather as a group and enjoy the fireplace and very comfortable and ample seating.
The dining room is so attractive, again timber beams are a feature with a white wood and a timber topped table , rustic rattan and timber dining chairs and beautiful white timber storage units, a frsh and bright room to enjoy delicious meals together with family and friends.
The villa is inclusive of an stunning farmhouse kitchen. Fully equipped, the kitchen is the perfect space for guests to prepare gourmet meals which can be enjoyed at the adjacent large dining area, seating eight plus guests comfortably. The kitchen has a dishwasher and is fully equipped with all appliances, crockery and table ware one could possibly need. The dining room and litchen also boast French doors opening to the terrace.
There is also a laundry complete with washing machine on the ground floor for guests convenience.
On the first floor along with the pretty bedrooms is another living room. Again a wonderful room, beautifully decorated and with a stunning peaked ceiling with dark timber beams this room is fully furnished with very comfortable and plush furnishings the room also has large HD TV, hifi stereo and dvd for guests entertainment.

The lovely villa includes maid service, final cleaning, all linen including pool towels, wood for the fireplaces and equipment for the little ones if needed.
