Finca Es Camp Pla is a cosy country-styled home in the heart of Mallorca, perfect for couples, small families and small groups of friends to enjoy a memorable vacation together. This beautiful property, which can host up to 3 persons, consists of a well-kept garden, a luxuriously designed bedroom, amazing swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen and many more, for guests’ enjoyment. Although it is in a countryside location, is it not far away from Sineu town centre (3km) where shops, restaurants, transportation hub, etc can be found - making it a wonderful home to enjoy in quiet seclusion yet near to conveniences.
As the house is built to accommodate small groups of people, there is only one bedroom and one bathroom available, with one other common sleeping space in the mezzanine. The spacious bedroom is luxuriously designed, exuding warmth and comfort. It has a huge plush bed with crisp silky linens and is airconditioned, encouraging blissful sleep. Wake up to beautiful views and fresh air each morning via the large 2-panel glass door which opens onto the beautiful outdoor space. There are also plenty of storage spaces available. In the mezzanine is a comfortable single bed . Also at your disposal, is the wonderful bathroom which has a refreshing shower, hiqh end fixtures, premium toiletries and vanities.
Head outside to enjoy its large compound. Enjoy a cup of tea while admiring the good weather in Mallorca and chit-chatting at the various outdoor seating areas with outdoor garden furniture. Get a suntan and relax on the plush sun loungers by the pool and enjoy the warm Mallorcan sun against your skin. Take a refreshing dip in the beautiful pool in sheer private, especially during the hot summer months. The open terrace right out the main doors is great for that lazy brunch while taking in the fabulous views. Its beautifully pruned lawn makes a great option for a stroll and picnic. For those who enjoy grilled meals, there is even a barbecue area at your disposal.
The whole house is made up of one floor which is the ground floor and a small mezzanine connected to the living room through the stairs. The huge entrance opens up into a spacious, bright and airy interior space. The small cosy living area is a great spot to just while away your time while seated on the super comfy sofa or catching up with the news on the huge flat-screen TV. The adjacent dining space is equipped with a small dining table and chairs where guests get to enjoy their meals comfortably. For added guests' comfort, the internal space is air-conditioned, great for those hot summer days. Its trendy kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, an oven, and even a coffee machine allowing guests to enjoy delicious home cooked meals even while away from home.
The home’s friendly team is ready to assist you throughout your stay. For those staying with babies/toddlers, high chair and babycrib are available complimentary. Those driving here is also assured of an open parking spot onsite. All other on demand services such as groceries shopping, transfers, tour arrangements, final cleaning etc can be arranged with additional costs.
There are many places to explore nearby Finca Es Camp Pla. Guest can start off by visiting the nearest town centre of Sineu which is about 3km away where you can find many conveniences such as shops, restaurants, transportation hub and supermarkets. Time permitting, head to the lovely beaches of Playa de Muro and Son Serra. For those into nature, do visit the S’Albufera Nature Reserve. For those who enjoy adrenaline pumping water adventure there is the HidroPark Alcudia. And finally, golf enthusiasts can tee off at Pollensa Golf. All of these attractions are within 25 kilometres of the accommodation.
