Nestled in one of the most picturesque regions of Lloret de Vistalegre, Sa Casa Nova lies within driving distance of Alcudia’s bustling town center. Both Pamla de Mallorca and El Arenal also lie around 30 kilometers from the property.
Sa Casa Nova offers two bedrooms, both of which are fitted with air-conditioning units and rustic-style, shabby-chic décor to ensure your complete comfort. Both bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom between them. In the master bedroom, you will find a wrought-iron double bed while the second room provides two twin beds. Both rooms have bedside tables, oversized wardrobes, and large windows with delightful views of the emerald-green surroundings.
Outside, the stone-clad exterior perfectly harmonizes with the stone-tiled pool area that features an oversized swimming pool where you can enjoy a refreshing swim whenever the mood strikes. In the garden, guests will also find a shed as well as comfortable lounge chairs for working on your tan. If you need a break from the sun, rest assured that the garden also provides oversized sun parasols for some shade.
Enhanced by Spanish-style columns, the spacious veranda is fitted with an outdoor dining table around which the family can gather for an Al Fresco meal under the warmth of the Mediterranean sun.
Inside, Sa Casa Nova is decorated in typical Spanish style, with a natural stone-wall in the living room. Plush beige sofas perfectly complement the whitewashed walls and blonde wood coffee table. There’s also a flat-screen television, complete with satellite connection so you can enjoy your favorite movies. The living room features a pair of glass double doors that leads directly into the pool area.
Cross through the stone archway that leads directly into an airy dining room that features a solid wood table that can seat up to four guests. This space is enhanced by vintage Spanish accents, including ceramic pottery and an antique decorative sewing machine. If you want to prepare your own meals, you can always use the open-plan kitchen that features stone ceiling beams as well as a plethora of appliances such as a stovetop oven, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and more. There’s also a small island bar, perfect for enjoying a hearty breakfast with the morning sun streaming in through the oversized windows.
Both bed linens and towels are provided during your stay at Sa Casa Nova. This villa also features free WiFi throughout the establishment so you can easily stay in touch with loved ones back home. Final cleaning services are included.
